I wanted to try something a little heavier and sturdier than the 0.5 to 1.2 gram stuff that I'm used to, so here's my first Pennyplane - PP has to weigh at least 3.1 grams (a penny). With that weight of lumber, it's relaxing to build and fun to fly! I also got a lot of practice steering, it's much more forgiving than my F1R, and with lots of flying I learned a lot about variable pitch props. I think the best way to increase the wing area is with a biplane, so that's my next project for when indoor re-starts in the Fall.
