For Jimin, he has the shortest training period that's why he has those thoughts plus they started as hiphop and for his background it was really hard for him. But he overcome it already I love how confident he is when it comes to his craft.

An introduction to the 7 members of BTS (update 2021)

Taehyung/V is such a great artist he never fails to amazes me : a baritone legend , a dancer , an actor , a producer , a songwriter , a composer , a photographer , a model , a director ( for music videos and visuals ) ...etc , he's so smart and has his own style in everything wether if it's singing or dancing or even his fashion sense is different . He became from the company's hidden weapon to one of the most respected and idolized idols in the history of kpop and the visual representative of the industry . I'm so proud of him 💜

Even tho this guide is a little dated now, I would still recommend people watch it. A LOT has happened to/for BTS since it was made in 2018 -- and they have blown up worldwide. They have so much content, and you will get to know them as individuals if you watch some of the off-camera stuff. I can't tell you how impressive they all 7 are as individuals. And the talent they all have is simply astounding. If you keep investigating them, I can guarantee you that they will effect your life in the most positive way. I know it sounds crazy -- I'm 61, and I am so happy that I found them last year.

You didn't hear anything from the guys about losing the Grammy at that time because they were busy trying to calm their fans down. 😅 They have their own social media app called Weverse and were trying to distract us with gym selfies and telling us it was ok. :P I know they really want it, though, because they were recently writing down their "wishes" in a notebook and when Suga was reading out his, he had things like wishing Covid would end and they could perform in front of fans and wishing they could embrace without masks. And then he stopped and Jimin who was peeping over his shoulder was like, "what's that little one at the bottom?" because Suga had written something down but not read it out loud. And Suga mumbled, "Grammy."

The 'dance line' refers to the members with the greatest dance expertise. They will usually be the ones to have dance solos or be placed in the front of formations during complex dance moves.

Jimin had the least amount of training, around 6 months. Compared to the others it was nothing and it took a toll on him because he had to catch up quickly plus they gave him this tough muscle persona image in the begging. Jimin by nature is very affectionsre and he does contemporary dancing which is different from what they wanted him to be in the beginning. I am happy he found himself again.

When RM hugged V it was because prior to the concert there was a misunderstanding between V and Jin because they had an argument. He's the leader in spite of not being the oldest, but because of his personality and great leadership qualities everyone respects him and rely so much on him. In Asian countries seniority is very important but the band really trusts and respect him. Of course Army thinks he'd make a great world leader. We call him our President. He's even been invited to the United Nations along with the boys to deliver a heartfelt speech to young people in the world. Actually they've invited him twice. And the band collaborates with UNICEF to stop bullying, violence to women around the world, etc. I just love him and the rest of the boys too. We need more people like them in the world and yet, every so often, haters and xenophobic people attack them for no reason. I can see you're beginning to fall in love with them. We don't mind, to be honest, the more the merrier 🤗💜💜 Loved your reaction.

See I really appriaciate that you reacted to an Introduction, however, this one is actually quite outdated and you probably enjoyed sice you are new but I could see many things that were incorrect or just things are changed over time. It also focused on some people's "one side" when they have many things they can also do, so idk I guess it would be good for you if you reacted to an Inroduction that is newer and uptaded. I've seem people react to the one by BTS Camera, jiminluvr or a veryyyy new one by Ida S. Anyway I did enjoy your reaciton to this as you seem to really like and care about what you've seen it the video.

V is one of the extraverts in the group and can definitely be goofy. :) V, Jimin, and J-Hope are extraverted as well as RM to a lesser extent. Jungkook, Suga, and Jin (surprisingly) are introverts and JK can be quite shy. Btw, they are still doing concerts. They just had a two day concert this past weekend for their eighth anniversary together. It was streamed online rather than having a crowd in person. They also have their own variety show called Run BTS that releases a new episode once a week ..so they are definitely super busy all of the time.

The dance line are the best dancers that are often taking lead in their choreographies and dance breaks and they're most of the time in the front . They're 4 members ( j-hope , Jimin , Jungkook , V ) , so with V/taehyung he was added to the dance line in 2018 after singularity was released and it's deserved since he showed a great dancing abilities and skills since 2013 I wish she added better clips of him dancing also he's the only untrained one in the line up , also the 3J unit existed before he was added to the dance line and it exists till this day in case if you're wondering , love how moody V in his dancing is . Sometimes he's sharp/energetic/swaggy/changing the choreography/super focused/ so uninterested / passionate/ cool / s,xy ...etc

You’re very open and thoughtful. 😄 There is sooo much to learn about this group especially since they have been around for 8 years with 20+ albums, 200+ songs, and multiple shows (run bts, bon voyage, in the soop, burn the stage, etc). They are some of the hardest working artists I’ve ever seen. I’ve been a fan for 2 years and I still haven’t caught up with everything lol. I think you'd enjoy Jimin's song "Lie", he said he wrote it to himself about when his perfectionist demon starts torturing him. He's also said that being around Jin helped him a lot to see that although hard work is important, a balance actually helps performance, because the practicing needs to absorb and digest, your body can't do that when it's too tired. Behind the goofy Jin has SUCH a huge heart and has a beautiful influence on them.

-Fun fact everyone tends to forget: Jimin before doing contemporary, he did popping, hip-hop longer than he did contemporary/ballet. Everyone always tends to mention Contemporary and while he’s amazing at it. I still believe popping is his forte; so when most people see him doing more street dance hip-hopish songs they get surprised. In my opinion, what makes him even more unique is that he mixes both when dancing, which makes him such a versatile dancer. His dancing includes so many different styles of dancing. I can watch him dance forever. He’s literally my all time fav. dancer ever. He’s just so captivating and mesmerizing to watch. Has the most beautiful dance lines ever. Quote from professionals “Jimin is like an art masterpiece that can’t be imitated.” That’s one reason he’s my ult bias in Kpop, his dancing is overall amazing and insane to me. Like how can someone have sm control over there body and move like that. Our youngest is good at a lot of things and we are quite protective of him because of the lot of hate he gets, also V and Jimin get a lot of hate and bullying from toxic shippers and solo stans. All 7 has experienced so much hate, bullying, xenophobia and racism. Us ARMYs are very protective of our boys. Recently a Vietnamese group plagiarised Life Goes On it is 99% exactly the same. Vietnamese ARMY called them out. They apologised but not to BTS. I still see it on YT, they did not take it down.

Dance Line (most K-pop groups have a dance line) Vocal Line (all K-Pop groups have one) Rap Line (all K-Pop groups have one) 97 Line (which consists of Jungkook and many other idols from different groups who are all friends) 94 Line (in BTS, that's RM and J-Hope) 95 Line (in BTS, of course, that's Jimin and V) The Kim Line (representing BTS, those members are Kim Namjoon - RM, Kim Seokjin - Jin, and Kim Taehyung - V, but as Kim is the MOST common last name - 46% of South Koreans - many groups have a "Kim Line") Etc. Note: Sub-units are also given names, but they are combined names, much like celebrity couples' names. "Sope" (pronounced "soap") is Suga and J-Hope. Vmin = V and Jimin (check out their song "Friends"). Taekook is, of course, Tae (V) and Jungkook (though no "official" song together, they way the harmonize on stage is quite remarkable). Etc.

Just to clarify, if an idol doesn't fit the kpop "beauty standards" that doesn't mean they're ugly. Korean beauty standards are just dumb (slim waistline, double eyelids, pale skin, "V" shaped jawline, slender figure, no imperfections in complexion, bigger eyes, etc). There are plenty of idols that don't fit the Korean beauty standards but are still amazingly good looking people. People are right, RM definitely does not fit the beauty standards but he's still a good lookin dude. Same with a lot of female idols such as Yeji, Dubu, Jennie, Lia, don't fit the "beauty standards" of Korea but they're all drop dead gorgeous.
