It's like all abt depression, anxiety, mental disorder and blah blah. I'm trying to take care of myself and organise everything around me like i want.. I hope it works and my goals come true. Best way to build confidence, is to go out and blend in. Seriously, no one cares who you are or where you came from. See, do, enjoy. Fear robs you of time. Enjoy your trips, and blend in with the locals. Your confidence builds as you gain experience. Thanks for the great videos.
