Thank you so much for your comment :) 1. Good idea, I always forget to mention the camera, it's a minolta x700. 2. Rokkor 1.7 50mm lens 3. I have definitely thought about doing my own scanning and developing, I will for sure make a video about it when I do! 4. I've only been shooting film for a little over a year, and it has completely taken over my life since hahaha! And for your questions, I love the ultramax, and I feel that it is slightly easier to use than this one. It is also a little less warm than the washi X, much more "life like". And love your ideas for the future videos, I'm actually preparing a couple where I go into some cool, less touristy areas of paris so look out for those, they will be out over next month. And I'm happy to know that you enjoy seeing paris in these videos, I've lived here for over 10 years, so it's easy to forget just how beautiful it is! Will try to make a workstation video too, but for now it really isn't too exciting, maybe in a few months when I can get some more of the gear I want :)

so currently I have both F and Z in my fridge haha and waiting for a good occasion to take them out, maybe I will get a little crazy and point it at some street lights 😁 And I have two more rolls of X which I want to process as slides because apparently it is a completely different look so I can't wait to try that :) thank you for watching :))

Thank you for your comment! Yep I made a video about flic film elektra 100 a couple months ago. flic film actually state that their film is kodak aerocolor. Washi doesn't officially disclose the original film, but since it's a respooled, maskless film, previously used for aerial mapping, I think it's pretty much a given that it's aerocolor. I agree that they almost look digital due the super fine grain etc. But that doesn't have to negate the fact that the warm saturated colors are reminiscent of 40s and 50s color film before the orange mask became widely used, which is what I was referring to (maybe I could have clarified more). You can absolutely experiment with different scanning settings, to get your desired result :) like I said, the difference between the results I got from the two different labs was huge!
