The Wychavon Way is 41 miles long. MARM has a watch that doesn't tell him the right directions, a heavy bag, 3 cheese cob and a sign from George.
Can he go the distance? Can he make friends? Can he finish??

Very well done MARM, and still looking strong at the end. That toilet is the thing of nightmares haha! As is Deliverance shack, and men walking around with rifles, and wild horses charging towards you. Respect to ultra runners, must be a tough breed.

@@middleagedrunningman erm 🤔 well I suppose long slow runs so you get used to time on your feet! Practice fuelling, if there is elevation, then incorporate that training into your long runs! Not ran 100 miles and not remotely interested in running 100 miles 🤣 however I know people who have ran a 100 miler
