I am the SAME WAY. I hate running, but I love doing stairs so weird. Also love that you're promoting the leukemia and lymphoma society, they are awesome and super close to my heart

I live in seattle, I'm only 5'0, 90 pounds and haven't even climbed more than 5 flights of stairs at once but I'm going to try to train my hardest and sign up for this, thank you for raising my attention to this

In Bulgaria we have 1,300 stairs, I climb them every morning and most of the people there are old ladies ^^ haha it takes me like 15-20 minutes if I am not running

Monica, this means a lot to me. My sister was born with a deadly disease called pulmonary hypertension. She was eventually put on the lung transplant list. In november 2013, she had her double lung transplant. She was finally healthy, but a few months later she got lymphoma from the transplant. It was stage four, and she had too many near-death experiences to count. Miraculously, she recovered and was cancer free for a year and a half. This past september, she was diagnosed with leukemia. It was caused from the treatment for the lymphoma. The chance of her surviving is slim. I appreciate this so much.

In Melbourne Australia we have the 1000 steps. It's kinda looks like your in a rainforest. It's hard but if you have a strong fitness level it's moderate. It took me 18mins to hike up to the top
