When you live with chronic pain, you're constantly trying to find natural ways add some relief. One of my favorite therapies is floating. From being weightless to just calming your mind, it's become one of my favorite ways to spend an hour.
I have no connection to True REST Float Spa, other than being a happy member. And since Ialways get questions from friends about floating, thought it would just be easier to show you. Not all spas are the same and not all experiences are either- this is just mine. Enjoy!
