Hi Emma, so proud of you for sticking with your plant ban, it's not easy. I was on a ban from October 1, 2023, until 3 days ago when the damn broke and i purchased EIGHT plants. oops! Beautiful garden center.

hahaha i visit this greenhouse alot its basically 7 mins away(i was there 2 days ago), its a struggle to get to if you dont drive, foods is always amazing and fresh, wish they had more cacti tho, but i picked up a alocasia micholitziana for £14.99 from there they started to get some rarer stuff in too, staff are always great too! im actually thinking of coming to london and check out some of the houseplant stores over there

The silvery pink begonia is a two-face begonia, it gets more pink with more light and more silvery in less light x

@@GoodGrowing Emma, very sorry- May I ask a random question about LGL plant food? I know you and Claire use it - how do you dilute the liquid fertiliser for plants in pon? I have all my plants in Lechuza pon but the original fertiliser has now gone and I bought LGL food and Photo + but the company never replied to me when I queried the dosage. The bottle specifies ratio for soil and hydro but not semi hydro😞 very sorry- I know it’s unrelated to the above! X

There's some a little bit closer to London, Essex way, but you'll probably need to cab it at the very least from the local stations, for Perrywood Garden Centre (Kelvedon) and Summerhill (Basildon). Loved your tour of Langdon, I want to go now! 😊

Then I recommend Perrywoods because that one has the more fun and rare plants, although I did find a dioscorea elephantipes at Summerhill 😊😊

I have a few plants from there, my favourite part is the fish shop though. Wondering though what are you favourite plant supports? I need a support for my monstera and was planning to get a coir.

the fish shop was sooo cool! I much prefer D-shaped moss poles as the roots grow into the moss more if you can keep it moist regularly. I've shown the ones I use in several videos, check out my plant chores and you'll probably find 😉

Awww... a little planty souvenir would have been permissible, surely ;-) I so miss the Sunshine Garden Centre in Bounds Green... most of all their cakes! Lol. WHY oh why did I ever leave North London?!?

Hey Emma! Looks like our neighborhood Molbaks that was just recently closed here (except the aquarium shop part). Unfortunately their business partner, Green Spaces, did them wrong and decided to force them to close so they could take their land. Capitalism sucking good things away😢.
