I've seen them live a few times. The first time was in a 3000 people venue and the third time was in a 90,000 people venue. But in all 3 the energy of ARMY was the same. ARMY sang so loud and participated so much that you could feel the positive energy flowing around you. The love coming from BTS was the same as well. They didn't change. I can't describe the love and unity you feel at a BTS concert. It's like nothing else. ❤

I love how he turned the audience singing to BTS on its head (for me at least) as a gift BTS was giving to ARMY. It’s so true. It’s also equally true that it’s ARMY’s gift to BTS by meaning every word. That’s what makes BTS and ARMY so special.

This concert was the third muster in seoul, which basically means the third annual “fan meeting” where the guys meet their fans. 3,000 fans attended the first one … two years later at the 3rd muster, 38,000! This was 2016, so still early days for the guys. The third muster was when army did the “purple wave” project, where audience members put a purple plastic bag over their army bombs. This was the same year BTS had faced a “black ocean” at the golden disk awards, where the audience in an organised protest switched off their light sticks, creating, well, a black ocean! So seeing army do the purple wave, during this song, at the muster would have been very touching for the guys. ALSO, you saw how the audience knew the song so well … I’m pretty sure this was the very first live performance of 2! 3!, and the album came out less than one month before this performance. ARMYs are very adept at learning new material really quickly (even learning tricky and clever call and responses and fan chants, so that they become an unforgettable part of the performance). I think the day I attend my first BTS concert, if I’m ever so lucky, this army will think she’s died and gone to heaven 🥲

zero o clock is another song that touches on a relatable thing that everyone feels! its in my top 3 all time favourite BTS songs!

Eli hit the nail on the head. The song itself was a gift to ARMY, too-- this was the first official fan song, written specifically for the fandom after everything BTS and ARMY had been through together. And that's the look BTS always gets in their eye when ARMY sings back to them... ARMY singing the chorus of "Born Singer." The "Young Forever" ARMY TIME event at Wembley Stadium. Brazilian ARMY singing "WE LOVE YOU" to RM every time he sang the "I wish I could love myself" line in Reflection. And Seoul K-ARMYs taking over the "Everything's gonna be okay" mantra in Agust D's "Snooze" when Yoongi was overcome by emotion during the final D-Day concert. They're as immensely proud of us as we are of them. 💜

RM sets it up, that nothing is going to be perfect, we have a lot of problems in front of us, but we have each other to help each other over the hurdles.

They also know how army was trying to make everything right, wanting to protect them for false accusations standing strong getting wounded emotionally at same time. As an aside, a couple of the members talk about this song and why they created it in the new Beyond the Star documentary on Disney+. They wrote this song because they (and ARMY) had experienced so much hate from other fandoms and the industry in general, and while they were intended to be the "shield" for ARMY against those bullets, ARMY was really becoming just as much THEIR shield. They felt things were spiraling downward and needed a reset, so this song is for that - to say, "on the count of three" let's all start over and move forward with happier hearts.

This song has always made me cry. But in a good way. Being ARMY was the best decision I ever made solely for myself.

This is one of the first BTS songs that really blew my mind. My daughter asked me to get tickets for the concert in Amsterdam and I failed miserably. So when the concert was going on we were watching cell phone footage by Army. Some of it was from the solos’s which I didn’t realize they had (now I know! Stigma, Lie, Begin, First love…) and then there was 2, 3, totally sung by Armies, in Korean, in the Netherlands. That’s what got me to study Korean.

Bravo, Max!!! This was the first song I tried to sing, exactly by the beauty of its lyrics (the second was House of Cards). To me, what makes them special are the subjects of their production. It is always about love, not romantic, but among friends or self-love, empowerment, or simply hope. The amount of songs made for Army is huge. I can say that they didn't save my life, thank God I was fine and happy when I met them... but they have been my best friends for almost four years. When something makes me sad or angry, I simply listen to them or watch some short video where they are laughing, and the smile is inevitable!

this song also always gives me chills so I love it, plus their performances of it are so great and feel so genuine. they’re great performers since they can execute both songs like this and can also fill up the stage with amazing stage presence in other songs that have a more intense and fast-paced energy. i haven’t watched bts in a while but i have recently watched a couple of their performances and it gives me a lot of nostalgia, their stages are truly amazing so I should watch more of them again☺️

the combination of watching this exact performance right after watching their 2015 Born Singer performance was the turning point for me. Those two videos made me ARMY for life. One of my tattoos was inspired by this song/j-hope's verse and I really hope I'll be able to see them perform 2!3! live one day.

This song is one of my favorite BTS songs. I found it at a time when I really needed the message. And of course it’s like so many BTS songs - beautiful poetry set to beautiful music.

Another part of their connectedness is that the rappers all write their own bars for each of their parts. So it literally comes from their heart and mind.

I adore this song. Although I do have a hard time getting through it without tearing up.
