Monterey Jack cheese 2oz/ 60g
Bread 2 pcs
Make deepening in one bread like in the video
Grate 2oz/ 60g Monterey Jack cheese
Add grated cheese on top of the bread
Add some ketchup and Italian seasoning on top of the bread
Break an egg
Add remaining grated cheese
Add some sausage
