I’ve suffered from melasma since I was 16. Melasma was something I thought was genetic and learned to live with it just fine. I’ve also suffered from iron deficiency anemia since my teens. Although I was prescribed iron supplements I never took them. I’m bad about taking pills. 5 yrs ago I started doing chemical peels and microdermabrasion they didn’t help at all and just kept getting worse. By 39 my face was invaded with melasma. Over the last 2 years I tried taking care of my skin by avoiding the sun and using a moisturizer I noticed some improvement a spot here and there gone but that’s it over a 2 year period. About 2 months ago I started to take my prescribed iron pills about 50-75% of the time. Well let me tell you 30 days after starting the pills I happened to take a close look in the mirror and noticed about 50% of melasma from checks and mustache is gone and it’s about 30-50% lighter there is also random spots breaking up the melasma. I’m definetly on to something. My diet is the same for last 5yrs, I drink 5 glasses of water, sun exposure is absolutely minimal, I don’t exercise. The only change is that I started to take iron supplements. Please go to doctor and do a complete lab work and find deficiencies. Maybe treating deficiencies and going to a dermatologist and using skin lighteners, following a healthy diet. I hope I helped someone.

1 Sesame..flaxseed n all kinds of seeds only 2 spoon in a day 2 cinnamon powder only 1 spoon a day 3 mix dry fruits 4 peanut butter 5 seasonal fruits 6 Salad 7 Shake..mix 2spoon oats+peanut butter+1fruit..can add cinnamon powder 8 coconut water 9 plant or can take whey protein 10 fishoil capsule N last not the least workout

Routine :- for every day 1.Seeds like flax seed 1 spoon 2.Cinnamon 1 spoon 3.Dry fruits 1 feast 4.Coconut water 5.Salad 6.Vinegar water 7.Walk daily at least for 30 min 8. Oats 9. Peanut butter -2 small spoon 10. Eggs 11.seasonal fruits 12.curd 13. Brown rice 14. Black coffee 1 cup in a day

Also sir jo bhi items apne daily cnsume krne ko boli un sbhi chizo ko mix ya use kr k kuch dishes ki vdos bnaiye. Jaise apne shake ki vdo bnai or oats btaya. Kuch or bhi 5 ya 6 options hone chahiye for 7 days. 🙏👍☺️

Sir I was actually following all these habits for healthy life but as my exams started I just skip all the routine and starting sitting for hours .After few months I realised that I starts to gain weight and small pigmentation on skin...at this point I realize what a loss I have done to myself ...yes you are right sir eating healthy is the best way to maintain healthy skin and body...now I am back on my right track.I hope soon I will gain what I have lost....

Hamare yaha penut til flax seed ki sukhi chatni bnti hai , nariyal penut sabjiyo me dalo ,ghee daal ke sath khali, indian meal always good sirf hamare purane wali khadya sankriti ki taraf moodo sab thik ho jayega

Brother melasma which is darker can be treated easily because it is on the very upper layer of the skin But the melasma which is light can not be treated easily infect it is more trickey and hard to treat.

Hello sir, if somehow the person with pigmentation on the face is unable to take this diet in a day due to some unavoidable reasons, can we take a multivitamin tablets without such kind of a diet? Just the tablets and enough workout will cure the melasma? Please guide.

Take warm water with rose vinegar first in the morning then go to walk for an hour then eat flex seeds,chiya seeds and in lunch include green vegetables fresh fruit curd and some dry fruits in evening and avoid suger white rice and prefer to brown rice and bread with peanut butter and take light food in dinner and drink coconut water as much it reduce your pigmentation

Boil cinnamon in tea,soak flexseed in water for around 2-3 hours to reduce heat.

But flaxseeds should never be taken raw. They’re not digested in raw form. We need to dry roast them and then powder them. Only then the body is able to digest it.
