Can’t believe in new builds for apartments the trend has been no room for a dining room table, A kitchen two people couldn’t move comfortably in and a tiny living space. It’s cute for one person but even if you wanted to have a dinner party you have no dining room place to sit down eat or for thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. Just wouldn’t work for myself, or a family, but how you furnished it and made it your own is nice.

I was looking at some on their site the other day and i was having trouble choosing a size, but seeing your size is Perfect, i just dont know what exact measurement that would be just by the website, if that makes sense lol

Please remove that rug, design 101, your couch has to fit on the rug, that rug throws off everything. There’s too much going on in that small space. You need to watch Kelly Hopter’s video 5 best designer tricks to elevate your living room.

@@RobynMNeal and people will continue to criticize you about it. It looks tacky. An 8x10 or 9x12 rug and a round coffee table will give you the contrast you’re looking for. I wouldn’t put that online for anyone to see, but I guess not everyone is a perfectionist. You can take a horse to a stream but you can’t force it to drink. Good luck to you.

Its not my definition of luxury - at a minimum one would expect light! We won’t be seeing this on million dollar listing. It could do with a bit of warning up with the finishing touches. It has potential if done by a professional stylist. Great views tho.
