Not really. The Canadian dollar is worth more than the American dollar. Also the Canadian minimum wage is higher. Anything is possible ladies don’t be discouraged.

For people that don't know, downtown Toronto (and just all of Toronto in general) is notoriously expensive and often compared to NYC and LA prices. I can't even begin to tell u how much this all would be, + groceries, + bills. My hats off to her for working so hard for this!

@@mikenelson8377 the location. The downtown core here is like downtown anywhere in a country because of all the tourism spots, infrastructure, just the overall city experience. This apartment I bet is 8k a month, I live close to the dt core and my cousin for example pays 1.8k for a tiny spot in my building, 1 bed 1 bath tiny and an equally tiny kitchen. She essentially is loving in a moc penthouse so you could imagine how much the real deal is. Tbh I’ve never seen a ceiling that high in an “ apartment/condo” . And 2+ rooms/bath , almost impossible

We call it appartment without discrimination when you rent a place that is typically on 1 level. This is a rented condo if you prefer.

Make that million girl!!!!! When I was in my 20s I had posters all over my house with my goals and dreams. I even had a prayer list called "my husband" I am now 42 and everything so far has came true. I am so happy for you. You are such an inspiration to young and old women every where. I'm glad to see a person actually living in a Dt Toronto Apartment. Tbh it looks more of the size of a condo/penthouse that can easily go for 1.5-2million. A lot of my friends who live in Dt have almost no one on their floor due to foreigners buying for investment and having it just sit there - which makes it harder for Ontario natives to be able to afford it. Plus she really makes use of the space! Your home is so lovely!!
