My Go dan grading - ju no kata as uke

Жыл бұрынThis weekend I passed my go dan (5th degree) grading in front of the Judo Australia grading panel.
A massive thanks to all my coaches, training partners and members of beyond grappling club and my wife for allowing me a ton of time to prep.
Also a massive thanks to Mat Holmes for helping refine the kata.
The biggest thanks to K for being a tremendous uke and putting in the work with me to get this done.
