RECIPE:
2 carrots.
3 stalks of celery.
1/2 clove of garlic.
2 leeks.
1 onion.
Clove.
Parsley.
2 bay leaves.
Thyme.
Fill with water.
Cover with a lid and bring to a boil.
Salt.
Black peppercorns.
Cook until vegetables are done.
The broth is ready!
Strain through a sieve.
I got 950 ml of broth.

Pour in vegetable broth.
Cover with a lid and bring to a boil.
Rice 1 cup.
Rinse with water.
Skim off the foam.
Add rice and stir.
2 peppers.
Stir and cook over low heat with a lid on.

Olive oil.
Fry over medium heat until golden brown.

1 red onion.
Add roasted fennel to soup.
Stir the vegetables.
