Babooniya Hell no you’re not!! I had the thickest prettiest straight shiny hair. Everyone always commented on how jealous they were of my hair. This past two years I started losing handfuls in the shower. It’s been falling ever since. My hair looks so bad now. The biggest shocker was going to the doctors & finding *nothing* wrong with my health. It’s a complete mystery why this has happened to me. I love when I complain to people & they ask me.. “have you tried...”. I just laugh. I’ve tried EVERY-THING. Scalp serums, hair masks, vitamins...you name it. I couldn’t even talk about it a year ago without crying. Now I just deal with it. I permanently have to have my hair in a clip, because it’s too thin to cut short & too thin to wear down. I honestly think this is the worst thing that has ever happened to me in my life!! I’m angry.

My hair in my middle part I noticed is getting thinner and wider too. My hair is on the fine side anyways. I did have braids and I would put a tight headband on especially when it was time to take out the braids. I’ve been putting castor oil in my hair. I noticed a slight difference I guess . Maybe I should try the products you use too. But I see a big difference in yours and it looks great. Keep up the good work

Ladies...having been there, I truly know what this feels like. I've spent endless hours reading and at the doctor's to try and figure out why I was losing so much hair. Nothing was wrong with me... somewhere along my research I read "Hair is keratin. Keratin is protein. Hair is protein". This changed my life. Knowing that I dont have a particularly protein rich diet, I ordered a protein powder. I cannot emphasize how much this decision has changed my life! My hairfall CEASED pretty much the NEXT day....I kid you not! I cried so bad knowing it was something so simple all along..

I love the Olaplex products! I also had very thin/balding hair, and the one thing that worked the best for me was applying Jamaican black castor oil to the roots of my hair. I massaged it into my scalp once a week and left it on for 2-3 hours. I saw so much new hair growth after the first month, and my hair has thickened significantly. Highly recommend, it's a life saver :)

You don’t need to be sad. It’s okay. Trust me. Our hair doesn’t define who we are. I’ve been trying to hide mine. Receding hairline, thinning crown, I’m 29. I’m tired of hiding it. It’s been preventing me from living my life. I haven’t gone on a date in about 5 years now cause I’m worried I’ll meet someone and she won’t find me attractive. So I used colored root cover up sprays and it looks good, it’s not bad, but I’m sick of hiding it. I’m just gonna shave my head. I have a buzz cut but now I’m gonna cut it really short, no guard. Idc. I’m taking care of myself, I go to the gym regularly, I’m focusing on my career, my life and I’m going to live it. I define who I am. Not my hair. Same goes for you, live your life, if you want to help cover it up, I recommend L’Oréal root cover up spray. It actually works really well, and a little bit goes a long way and it looks some what natural when used correctly. You’re beautiful. Don’t hold yourself back. This is only the physical part of life, once we pass on, none of this will matter anyway. I won’t think twice about my hair. Life goes on. Trust me.

I had long and thick hair for all my life but recently my hair has started to get thinner and thinner and I noticed I was also dealing with hair loss. Honestly, I cried, got so so sad but then saw your vids and I got confidence about it, I understood that this is normal and it happens to more women than we think. Thank you so much for sharing your experience, and yes I also believe that stress has a lot to do so by accepting that this is common to more women I am less worried about it. Thank you so much once again. Update: I have been taking NeoCell Collagen for two months now and I have to say that it has worked for me. At first I only noticed less hair fall during my shower routine, then less hair fall during combing/brushing until today that it is far less hair loss. It has taken a bit longer to fill what started to be empty spots in the front (hairline) but I am pretty glad that it has stopped and it is regrowing, oh, by the way, it grew 2.5cm in a month! My hair wasn’t growing anymore during the period of loss. I hope this tip can work for someone else as it did for me 🤗

My hair has been thinning on top for some years now. It seems to be getting worse. I was feeling really down and embarrassed about my hair loss. As women our hair is something that makes us feel feminine and pretty so to be balding can be devastating to our self esteem. I was desperate to find tips on how to hide the balding and possibly how to grow some back. I had looked in the past but no video really resonated with me. This time I found your video and it has made a world of difference on how I think about my balding. Your videos especially your video about balding has really made me realize there isn't a reason to be embarrassed which immediately made me a subscriber. This is a more common issue with women than what I had thought. Which you made me feel not alone. You also made me realize that instead of stressing about it or being overwhelmed and embarrassed I needed to be proactive in the things I can do to hide my hair loss. Your chill attitude towards it really helped me. All your videos on this topic are really informative and detailed which I appreciate. Thank you for sharing your hair loss journey. You're helping other people out here by bravely sharing your story so openly.

Keep doing what your doing. If your happier and less stressed then this is what your supposed to be doing. Thank you and God Bless!!🙏💜

Hi Zoe, I just subscribed recently and have been binging your videos. Honestly it’s been so relatable that I’ve been crying lol I’m 23 and balding and it’s still unreal to me that it’s happening. It just seems unfair and honestly I despise people with full heads of hair cause they really take it for granted lol You even inspired me to order a topper today. I’ve been depressed and scared of going out and being judged for my thin hair. It even affected my uni progress because I just didn’t have any confidence. I’m gonna follow your tips and everybody else’s in the comments. I really hope our hair becomes naturally full and thick one day. 💜

I’m so happy to know I’m not the only one struggling with this. I watched the first video a while back and it helped me so much, especially with my confidence. I use to have such full and thick hair, but now it’s so thin and I got so depressed, until I saw your video. You’re beautiful! Thanks for sharing 💕

Try changing up your part. I do that trick when hair is still damp, I part my hair on opposite side (left side for mine) then when its dry already you can turn it to the original parting of your hair (right for mine) then I get that lifted root appearance. :)

Oh you are certainly not alone! Over half of women experience thinning hair, which is called female pattern baldness. With women our hair tends to thin all over the crown in a diffused pattern. It really really sucks!

Thank you for being so brave and helping me through my hair loss journey. You’re 100% right that stress is a major factor in hair loss. I’ve noticed in the last 6 months I’ve lost so much hair and it has been one of the toughest periods in my life. I too am trying to manage my stress for the sake of my hair. So happy your hair transformation has come such a long way. You’re beautiful all around. Cheers!

Thank you SO much for posting this. This has been quite a recent issue for me and I have made countless trips to the doctors to have blood tests for my thyroid/hormone levels - everything came back normal and I think ultimately it has been down to stress. It's amazing to see such a big community come together and support one another. I feel so much better now and it's given me hope to keep persisting with different products etc, thank you! X

I’ve been dealing with hair loss for the past couple of years in waves due to hormones and stress. Below are a couple of things that I’ve seen some success in and things I’m trying based off of research: - Guava leaf tea rinse. - Scalp oil treatments with rosemary and cedar wood essential oils, usually use a combo of olive oil, castor oil, and/or grape seed oil. The Sheamoisture Jamaican Black Castor oil strengthen and restore serum from Ulta is similar and I based it off of that because that bottle doesn’t last long for me. I’ve recently added pumpkin seed extract to my homemade mix because I’ve seen it as an ingredient in other hair growth serums (I think in eyelash/eyebrow products as well). Be cautious with essential oils because some like lavender and tea tree may be hormone disruptors. - Currently using a dermaroller combined with the scalp oil; haven’t been as consistent as I could be and it takes time, but it looks promising based on my research. - Also supplementing with iron and may be seeing results with this, though too soon to really tell. You need to be careful with this though because it’s not good to take too much, I take one pill about every other day. -Praying that God blesses my hair, because Jesus said that every hair on our heads was counted 😉 🙏🏻...

Thank you so much for sharing this. I've noticed my hair thinning and falling out a lot more over the past few years. It's not easy to experience hair loss as a young female. The first video of yours that I watched was the one about balding and how you cover it up. You're hair has improved So Much since then! It looks SOO much better girl! It really made me feel genuinely happy to see your hair getting better, and it gives me hope that I can fix my thin hair situation too. Thank you love!
