I am a man 50 years age. Suffering from saebborhoeic dermatitis of my scalp for over 30 years. Anti fungal shampoos help only keeping it away but appears as soon as I stop using shampoos. I learnt this skin condition is a auto immune disease. Can ayurveda help in healing this (like Panchakarma). Thanks.
