It’s finally here. My long awaited & highly requested hair tutorial! 👩🏼🎀 I do an “overnight blowout” method with heat & flexirod socks!
It took me a few tries to find a way to get my hair up that was suitable for my hair thickness. If you have thinner/thicker hair than me, you may need less/more sections! Try it out & see what works best for you & your hair.

You have amazingly healthy hair especially with the color treatment. You must be an energetic and patient human being because there’s no way I could do all this right before bedtime. I would be in a coma if I tried this. But kudos to you the results are beautiful!

Thank you! And HAHAHHAA it is a LOT of work, but definitely worth the results. I cannot stand my natural hair at the moment and this gets my through the week, so I tough it out. My back always feels broken after I’m done Lol

Beautiful!!! What is the purpose of the sock? Is it for better grip on the hair, or is it just to hold multiple rods?

Yes really just the grip aspect since the sock has some texture. If you just did it with the rods your hair would probably slip right out

aw 🥺🥺🤍 give this a try!! I think products def help, but this is the only method that has worked for me, my hair never held a curl before this either!! and the big bouncy curls drip after a few hrs, but the lil swoop at the end will hold for a few days!

If your hair can hold a curl then yes you can try without heat! For me I need a lil extra help

I have no idea 😮😢 my natural hair is dark brown but it’s heavily highlighted with some “buttery blonde” toner. But my hair is super dimensional so it’s not just all one color.

I don’t use any spray when I take it down. I take it out and just let my hair do whatever it wants. When I first started out with this method sometimes I would sleep with a bonnet bc I didn’t want it to fall out! But after some practice I got them down tight so I don’t wrap it. I just roll them up, sleep, take them out as late as I possibly can 💗
