I would really love to see a movie about the how the joker and Harley met, I really really want that to happen, like if you want to see that too!

Tbh the comic Joker and Harley Quinn was just abusive, but Suicide Squad tones it down and it seems like they're in love.

Who else prefers suicide squads representation of Harley and Joker? I mean, there were some really good parts in the comics (but never in the “relationship” between them - just abusive) [𝑒𝒹𝒾𝓉] 𝓌𝑜𝓃 𝓂𝓎 𝑔𝑜𝒹, *𝓉𝒽𝒶𝓃𝓀 𝓎𝑜𝓊!*

I love how Joker loves Harley in Suicide Squad Now listen before getting pissed with that statement. Joker in the comics was horrible. I agree with that. Suicide Squad though? Not so much. He was mental and broken. He didn't believe anyone loved him. He said it himself "I am not someone who is...loved" But he went back for Harley. He could have let her die but he saved her. He considered leaving her in the chemical bath but he stopped and went back for her. He hurt her because he doesn't know how to love. Yet, in his own way, he seems to think he does. Harley went to hell and back for him and he sees that. That is why I love the suicide squad Harley and Joker romance.

Despite their abusive relationship, I do believe that they truly love each other, but perhaps because Joker is a Sadist & Harley is a Masochist people tend to focus on that more. I don't think people love them because it's a psychotic relationship, I think people love them because they're able to see beyond that.

I feel like as corrupt their relationship is, with the joker abusing Harley, they would both cross the universe and fight everything just to stay with each other.

When you find someone that is not afraid to love your demons nothing in this world can compare to it. As your demons release and the other person just wrarps their soul around them as if to comfort them a sense of fear, anger, passion, and mental relase goes with them. Its the best feeling of love there is. I dont believe that love is all sparkles and glitter. There has to be dark moments to know its real. The moments that pull you under and the only thing that can pull you back is the depths of your soul dancing with another.

i love how young people haven't seen the comics where joker beats her to a pulp, tortures her then throws her to dogs..THEN chains her up in a basement where she see's dead bodies of other girls wearing her exact suit! she even ran away for a year because she became pregnant and was terrified of what he would do to her and their baby.....

I don't see them as an example of a toxic realtionship. I see their realtionship as an example that you can love no matter what. That you can feel even though you are heartless and don't care. That you can find someone like you and love them no matter what..That's why I like them so much. 💙💙

Their story:Joker is a guy who doesn't love he constantly hates kills...he is heartless,he came to a conclusion that he doesn't care what happens to him so army cought him and locked him,they treated him like he was crazy and they thought they could change him so they sent them to a psychologist.He saw something in his psychologist....it was different.She made him feel,for the first time in 10 years.He constantly said to him self those feelings didn't mean anything,so he made a deal with himself he would use her by seducing her and making him self break free.But that went the other way.Recently he and his psychologist would spend time together.He told her about him,how he doesn't feel anything,he doesn't care about her...he was using her.He knew what he said were lies,but that was who he is.But his psychologist was stubborn she wanted to prove herself to him that she is worth loving and he is worth changing just for her but for nobody else.He knew he couldn't bare her dying even if he shows no emotion to her (if you came this far reading this say:Yes lolol).So he let his emotions take over him,he let the emotions show her how much je feels behind all of that hatred.But under one condition....she needs to go through pain.He didn't care he knew how strong she was,and she will continue being strong just for him.After the completion.They fell in love.Thats when they were known as Harley and Joker.But he will always hide those feelings for anyone else,but for Harley they will always be visible.And that my friends is who changed Joker,to a heartless soul.To a slightly more alive and loveable soul.

What hurts my heart is how he cannot see how much they are meant for the other, she loves him but he deserts her, and now she is her own master, no more being another’s servant. Just wish he could be able to see that she is his and he is hers.

Puddin grew up with violence but he does feel something for me but no matter how twisted way he expresses it, it just reflects the way he was raised and the people who hurt him made him the way he is (well partly mainly it was the Ace Chemicals that drove him completely insane) but I will always love Puddin no matter what he may not know how to love but he is who he is and I can't change it I love him and he can't live without me I will always love him more than anything and btw I love this video its so beautiful❤❤

Even when she sees that crash and throws away the choker with his nickname (puddin') thinking he died; it's because of her promise to him. The fact that she had ASSURED him she'd live for him, she'd live on despite it all, as she most certainly did is why she didn't go and die in that very moment. Damn.

It’s not that the couple doesn’t make sense, it’s that it’s abusive and manipulative. Maybe you can’t see it in the movie because they didn’t do a good job of portraying it, but in the comics it’s a terrible relationship.
