I just love that it's shown how op tomura is, if you compare his plus ultra to others he deals the same amount of damage by just putting his palm on the opponent's face, while other plus ultra's do that damage through combos or poweful blows. eg. That’s honestly a great question, the thing is you can’t manually build your gauge, it gradually increases overtime as you fight, the more damage you do the more it will build.
