I ran cross country and did boxing too. I realized it was common because a lot of guys I raced against from different cities I either fought or saw them in tournaments. Deadly combo. I did wrestling too...Nice gym.

It's -40 below in my "gym" aka nature & I'm out doing roadwork in it, chopping down trees on my 60 acres & splitting cords of oakwood daily...far from my softie days in Seattle! :)

water heavy bag, speed bag, double end bag. water upper cut bag, cardio machine of some type. I prefer rower.

Is that a fabric filled or linning punching bag? 80 pounds is nice but is there a significant difference between 100 and 80 pounds? I just want to get more bang for my buck. But if there is no need to pay extra for 100 pounds, I don't mind buying an 80-pounder if it's still holding up fine.

These are 3/4 inch Matt’s from Academy Sports, I drilled a hole through one of them to run an eye bolt through the concrete.
