In the Morgan Mackenzie household, loads of stuff comes in… but nothing ever goes out. Self-confessed packrats with a serious penchant for shopping, the family’s majestic heritage house has become a bulging storage container for junk of all kinds… And now that two of her grown kids are preparing to move out, Mom is afraid of getting stuck with the mess. That’s where domestic diplomats - Kim Woodburn and Mike Chalut - come in. They vow to purge the family’s home of clutter, teach the Morgan Mackenzies how to organize their lives, and get them to exercise restraint in their shopping habits… But can they set this family straight?

I think the problem with these families is that they have a lot of space and in the west people are more exposed to a culture of consumerism, buying is very easy and encouraged.

I'm glad my mum disciplined me and my siblings when we were younger . Lord have mercy this is just nasty , what makes this worse is they are self aware so there's no real excuse .

I don't believe people should be rude to other people when talking about there stuff. People can accomplish a lot by being kind and considerate . There is no excuse for rudeness.

Completely agree. This is a nice family and they are being humiliated. Let Kim have a go at being an audiologist or first year university work. They know their house is a big mess and they all feel terrible about it. They are lovely kids, well-mannered and respectful.

FOUR years....but that was back in 2007. The show's been off the air for 11 years now, and was only on from 2007 - 2009.

It was on the air for only two years, 2007 thru 2009, and yes, it was cheaply made. I believe this particular episode is from '07, maybe '08.

excuse me? majestic? looks too modern to be considered majestic. I'm sorry but alot of modern building designs look like dumps to me. This one's not too bad but I certainly wouldn't call it majestic
