Honestly i don't think he is going to quit or smoke less. He even said he forgotten how he felt the next day and continued what he was doing before. I was in complete shock when their son put the vape to his mouth too. I'd be so furious , their children shouldn't be in that kind of environment with all those fumes in the air. Where's the oxygen for godsake???

Vaping really isn’t much better than smoking. If he had pulled that, I’d have sperrten immediately, that’s still breaking your promise not to smoke

I feel bad for her, having an alcoholic chimney with an attitude problem for a husband. He clearly doesn't respect her or the children, mocking her cooking and making her clean and be a good little housewife while he does whatever he wants with a smug smirk on his face. If someone doesn't respect your boundaries or lies to get whatever they want from you (like he promised to quit smoking to get her to marry him), that is a huge red flag for a relationship.

I find that the country has this fascination for drinking...everyone here seems to have a drinking problem ..maybe it's embedded at their culture.

What I have learned is that you really can't change someone if they were doing something for a long time already. Like I would have call bs when he said he would promise to stop smoking. These habits are hard to break. I honestly don't know why she stayed with him after the honeymoon incident or even this long.

Very true... It is sad that she is with him now but... she knows that he is smoking before marriage, why does she hope for him to change just for her???? That is actually quite dumb of her

FanGirl Yuuki Not dumb at all. If you love someone (and yourself) enough, you drop the smoking. My aunt gave my uncle the same ultimatum. He stopped smoking and has never smoked since (it’s been over 30 years now) . My dad only stopped when he got heart problems. Habits can be hard to break, but that doesn’t mean impossible. If I ever get a boyfriend that smokes, he would have to stop if he would want to continue the relationship. If he would rather break up, fine, I get so irritated by the smell, the relationship would be doomed if I would still stay with him if he doesn’t stop. If I see a handsome person smoking it’s a huge turnoff to me anyway, all the handsomeness disappears, so I don’t think I’ll ever even have a smoking boyfriend XD

My husband is addicted to DOTA. Morning til night, he's into it everytime he have his day off. For 10 years I've dealt with it. We never talk about his work nor ask me how's my day. Today, I just don't care anymore. I don't want to get stressed and hurt just to get his attention. Yet we are still together.

I wish that i was there in the room, i might have just yelled at him, because until today there isn't much proof that vaping is better than smoking because in order to see the effect of it; we need to see it in the next 20-30 years. It's not that we are vaping today and in the next week we are diagnosed with bronchitis or other COPD. Even for smoking, a medical researcher; Richard Doll published the result of smoking links with lung cancer in 1950, 26 years after the rise of tobacco smoking.

Patricia Jethani i think I read that vaping puts moister in your lungs amongst other things... so over time it’s bad too. Just not to an extent as tobacco or nicotine products. The vaping box does write that vaping is to help smokers stop and not for non smokers to start.

@@bellapatel480 yep thats true, one way or the other both tobbaco smoking and vaping is bad for your lungs. Also this guy, after he quits smoking ciggarette he is now addicted to vaping which becomes a problem for him and his family too, aside from making their house full of steam!
