add 450g (1lb) ground beef
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 onion
add 250 ml (1 cup) heavy cream
1/2 bell pepper
Season with salt and black pepper
1/2 tsp sweet peppers
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dry parsley
3 potatoes
115 g (4 oz.) mozzarella cheese
Bake for 10 minutes at 380°F / 190°C
