Do you know what jealousy can lead to? Our heroine has first-hand knowledge of the dangers of jealousy: she almost lost her life because of her jealous husband’s actions. Fortunately, she developed a suspicion that something wasn’t right and managed to stop the madman in time!
Our heroine started to feel unwell all the time and the weakness was growing by the day. Her husband assured her that this herbal tea he made himself could help her get back on her feet in no time. But every time she drank it, her condition only worsened.
She hoped she’d quickly recover and she and her husband would reconcile and work on their marriage; her husband had been extremely jealous and mean lately.
But nobody could’ve imagined that that “herbal tea” would destroy our heroine’s whole life…

His jealous and insecurities have cost his marriage to be ruined and he should be grateful that he didn't go to jail because he almost murder her, poison her, and ruining someone else's career on purpose in dishonest way.

Deep down, the husband was still the insecure teenager from his high school days. Because of his fragile ego, he grew jealous of his wife's success and tried to ruin her just so he would look better by comparison and leave her with no choice but to turn to him alone for support. Sadly, he couldn't understand that what he did wasn't out of love, but out of a selfish need for control.

By making themselves the center of their own little worlds, they soothe their battered egos, often at the expense of others. For example, think about an obsessed fan/stalker who hates himself yet worships his favorite idol singer. He would complain about why the singer won't return his feelings yet be blind about how his own actions hurt the singer.

@@NikkiGRocks4Ever Exactly. He couldn't maybe talk his feelings out with his wife, or get help for his insecurity and jealousy. No, he had to poison his wife and ruin her career, just so his fragile male ego could be satisfied. Men like him need to just go drown themselves so we can stop having to deal with them, or learn the world doesn't revolve around them. Good for her for dumping his ass and suing him for what he did.

What is really sad is that even though she became more successful after her body transformation, she didn't become corrupted by it. She stayed a good person. Her ex REALLY messed up when he did that to her.

I hope this jerk is proud of himself for what he had done to his wife because he has lost the only woman he ever loved back in high school because of his jealousy, insecurities and distrust since after they both lose their weights. If you love 💖someone with all your heart then you should never do a terribly thing to him/her in the first place because now this guy has lost everything and he had no one to blame but himself for destroying his own marriage.

yea I have to agree but I have theory on why he did all that, and maybe it's because He still saw himself as that overweight guy who was ridiculed for it, vs. a now healthy guy who is in good health and has the love of his high school sweetheart, who joined him on this weight loss journey to a better life for them both. She feels great about herself and is getting opportunities she never thought she would have and wants to use them for "Both" of their benefits and he's letting his pain and insecurities blind him to the point of hurting the one person who has been by his side the entire time.

It is amazing. Together they lost a lot of weight. She becomes a model. She makes a great deal of money. Her husband becomes insecure. He had a choice. He could have appreciated his wife. He could have gone to college in order to get a better paying career. He could have started a business. They together had the potential to have a happy life. He chose to sabotage her career. He could have maybe killed her. For what? He needed to feel superior to her. In the end, he is alone.

Started out good until she made more money. Men hate that. What the husband did was very dangerous. She could have died. He was jealous enough to do that. What a selfish jerk . He should be in jail for this. Glad the wife left him, I wouldn't forgive him either and I would leave him. Worst betrayal. Glad he got what he deserves. Nothing.

They should have gotten counseling, as they started changing their life around and worked on losing the weight. Cause some people when they were heavy their entire life, will hold onto pain and insecurities they had to deal with, especially if they were heavy throughout their childhood into adulthood. They should have, but something tells me he would have turned it down, saying there's nothing wrong with him. If he was willing to go that far to do that to his own wife, then he doesn't see himself as the problem. And therapy only works when you acknowledge you have a problem. That too is blindness.

This is what I don't understand about men a woman loves them is loyal to them and would never betray them yet they still think they will. And to go as far as to poison the woman he loves that is a bigger betrayal than cheating. It's not love if you can't trust the person who loves you.

Why was she just walking away from him at that courtroom scene? Was that JUST a divorce court? He SHOULD HAVE been taken away in HANDCUFFS and put in PRISON for a few years but he was just standing there begging her to come back to him?? What is more if she had died and that ALMOST happened I would want MURDER charges pressed, at the very least voluntary manslaughter. We never find out if she was able to sabotage her modeling career?

I don't get some men, why get upset just because your wife makes more then you, you're both working to better your lives. My husband is retired from the Navy, and I've always made more than him, I'm retired from the funeral business, and he's never had a problem with it because we were both working to give a much better life to our kids then we had growing up, we were both dirt poor, I'm talking a boiled potato, 2 pieces of bread and a soda for dinner nothing else 3 to 4 times a week.
