Rin Kagamine first quote is from the 2010 Christmas special “A Christmas Carol” and the second is from s7e10 “Hide”

Rin Kagamine Kazran (Michael Gambon) says it to the Eleventh Doctor. The Doctor had been bringing him to see the woman he loves for one day every Christmas but she only has 1 more day left. The clip of Eleven standing alone outside of the TARDIS in the snow, a nod to Ten and Rose in The Christmas Invasion, is from the end of this episode.

I haven't seen any of 12 or 11's seasons but 12 seems like such a sad doctor. Maybe I'm wrong, but most clips I see of him give me that impression.
