Shes right I used to wight around 85 ...i dint follow anyone but self motivated I did this diet and morning walk ... I eat only half portion of food in home and guys cut the sugar ...white rice if possible...drink more water ....even if u drink juice outside tell no sugar....chapathi only one ...eat more vegetables and fruits ...yes eggs and chikn in small portions..and no potato chips 😅.now am 76 kg

Simple tips for healthy weight loss.... Step1:avoid non-veg Step2: always have living food and consume within 3 hrs of cooking it.. Step3: avoid taking salt and chilli Powder instead of them use lemon and green chillies Step4: maintain ur lunch and dinner timings take ur lunch by 11 and have ur dinner by 6...
