Great to see you back!! Was worried! I see, not only from a pure price prospective but also on a valuation level, reits being on sale right now as it was tech some months ago. I am not referring to all reits but to quality companies wich leases in growing sectors with increasing affo and good management. They are leveraged and we are probably in a higher for longer interest environment but I see deleveraging paths and long term maturities also. So the companies I am talking about and on which I would like to know what do you think about are both AMT and CCI.. I own both, started a position last week and I am planning to keep adding on major resistence levels if they keep going down. Thanks, hope to have given some nice hints even if you don’t plan to make a video on them, glad to see you back, was really missing the content!

Well, hello there. I'd like to see your analysis for ASML Holding NV (ASML) and Applied Materials (AMAT) because they both serve the needs of semiconductor chip manufacturers with specialized equipment, like tools for advanced lithography, more advanced chips and so forth.

The worst investment for me among those is probably T, but I'm planning on holding because it's very undervalued and also the dividend is good, and will possibly get increased with time. All others did quite good except for INTC, which I sold at a loss... Thank you and keep up the good work!
