Hey....is it possible or would you advise me to phone/email my previous university and ask them to send my details to the new university and nsfas even if i haven't registered at the new university? So that when registration comes I've already done what's supposed to be done or do i first register at the new institution then ask my pervious university to transfer my things to NSFAS

Don't worry about that. The school you've registered is the one responsible for sending your registration data to Nsfas

is it possible to transfer if you have failed one or more modules ? because im considering to take a transfer but im not sure if imma pass

Hey, I would advice you to pass atleast 80% of your modules because no university will want somebody to who fails

I registered at CUT then i got Admitted at UMP then i also registered there ....after that i deregistered at CUT will that cause me problems with Nsfas [ My Nsfas status is currently on Funding Eligible ]

Hey and yes you have to apply irregardless of changing your degree in the same University

Transcript is another word used for academic record. It's basically your results

Hi when applying i mentioned im not currently studying at any institution but i am . Reason being i wanted to use my matric results only when applying for next year since I'll not be registering for second year at my current university and im funded by nsfas will it affect me?

Hey and yes, this was my final year and Nsfas funded me tor all my years after transferring to another university

Hey, you only deregister when you've registered. If not than you don't need to deregister

Hi. Do universities really check if you were previously registered at another university? I wanna go to UP but im from UJ and i stated that im not studying currently. Will i get in trouble for that or thwy never really check?

The reason I stated that im not at UJ right now is because I failed 2 modules. Even though I'm switching to a humanities course from science, I still didn't want it to mess up my applications.

Some universities do. Keep note of that but they mainly check when you apply to do your second year or 3rd.

Hi Lethabo can I please ask. I am a transferring student at UMP. Last year I was doing a three years course(doing my first year) but then transferred to UMP this year for a three years course. I got funded around june here. Do you think I am going to be funded until I graduate?

Did you pay for your registration fee?when you reached that institution.

Hey and yes I had to pay for my own registration fee but I got it back around November
