@@yurir.1840 a muslim would tell you that the universe itself is tangible proof of God, and you could come to this conclusion using deduction, the intuitive knowledge argument, the fine tuning argument, causation argument, etc. We do not need to see god in order to believe he exists. A good example is gravity, we do not see gravity, but we see its effect, how an object falls down when it isn’t maintained, and we deduce that there is something we call gravity. A lot of people get stuck in the false idea that islam hates gay people and gay people go to hell… truth is, being gay, or should i say, having homosexual feelings and inclining towards that is not a sin in itself as long as the action does not take place, just like having desires for premarital sex is not sinful unless the action takes place. A lot of people think that being gay is a result of the environment and people nowadays are influenced into that. I personally agree partially, today’s environment definitely increases the amount of people with these tendencies, however we can not be sure of this. This life is a test, Allah tests whom he wills. A person might be given these feelings to test their patience. Either way, Allah does not burden a soul more than it can handle. If Allah has tested people with this, then he is the All knowing, all wise, he knows that which we do not. “Accepting all people” obviously we know that there are limits to this, a person with pedophilic tendencies will not be accepted, same for people who practice incest or bestiality. So we know intuitively that the statement is not absolutely true. But how do we know the limit ? It is a completely subjective matter where most of the world would actually incline towards rejecting homosexuality as a practice. Either way, there is no way for you to know if it is a good practice or not. So for you to impose your bias onto an objective god given criteria in an attempt to refute it, you would need to prove that your criteria is better or more reliable, or that our criteria is deficient.

The islamic narrative is the one that makes the most sense, the quran was obviously not revealed in a vaccum, there were events taking place during revelation and the religious teachings obviously reflect those events sometimes but islam is the only timeless religion. The quran and the prophets’s teachings (pbuh) are so broad that they can apply to any situation you could bring up today, which is why islam has never stopped gaining relevance ever since it was revealed, it is at an all time high in terms of conversions and overall popularity. It would not be if it was outdated. After all, Allah says that this is the last revelation and that it will be preserved until the day of judgment. Islam’s timelessness is not even comparable to any other religion. Im not sure if you’re familiar with the islamic narrative of other religions and the reason why they exist, i can explain it briefly if you want me to.
