Alopecia sucks. I got mine after an extremely stressful time but didn’t notice it until the pandemic. I got steroid scalp injections and steroid solution for my scalp but my dermatologist said that as long as I am stressed out (being in residency atm) that it will keep coming back. Soooo attempting to manage my stress levels and being kinder to my hair and myself. Will try the clove water tho cuz the results were amazing.

Stress is such an awful thing for the body but reducing it is easier said than done. Good luck with your journey and hopefully the clove water helps you out!
