I used a Porlex (large size) hand grinder for about 3-4 years, before finally purchasing an electric grinder ( Baratza Encore) a couple months back. My partner & I split the cost. I quite like them both. They are good for drip / percolation / immersion brew methods, and some say espresso is kind of doable as well with the Encore

Junesque ACE 48 Or in China you can get the Ling Long. These are phenomenal grinders the farmer is $120 in the states not sure about down under. I know the latter can be had in China for $60 maybe on Ali Baba. These rival the commandantes and Kinu for much less money. I have the ace and love it! Great videos by the way so glad I discovered your channel

Great video! for a grinder you could get The Millwright Hand Grinder from saint Anthony industries or the Baratza sette 270 both are gret options and they can both do drip and espresso but the range is bigger on the millwright. and the sette can do drip but its more espresso focused, both have exceptional grind quality

People don’t normally tip here in Australia but it is still welcomed. It’s not a must like how it is in America and that’s because workers here actually get paid pretty good. Baristas can earn anywhere from $25-$35 per hour 😊

As someone who is going to graduate high school soon and isn’t sure about going to college for art/finds it reasonable for what I want to do with my art. This is just a really difficult decision to make because I just want to get by in life. I don’t really spend much and want to have a simple life. I’m just not sure if I could get by working in coffee/etc. and doing art as a side thing 🥲

Do not waste money on a cheap electric grinder. Waste of money. Will brew bad coffee due to bad grind. Never skimp on a grinder. False economy. A good hand grinder is better than a cheap electric grinder For an electric grinder a Niche Zero no compromise. Expensive and long lead time. For hand grinder ascending price - Rhino - CrunchGrinder - Knock - Rok - Comandante Do not even consider Arco. Products from the company are expensive gimmicks, their customer service appalling.
