Its so crazy to think about that even though Ive been around free running and similar stuff for a long time and so know more about flips and stuff and yet I can't even tell what you are doing in your tricking lines - but someone who does tricking could tell you exactly what he did. That blows my mind

Yeahh it’s like speaking a new language though, I still come across some PK terms I don’t know the meaning of and I’ve been around freerunners for 10 years. Just depends how immersed you are in a sport

Honestly excited for a tricking/parkour mix up. You could be really unique with your (already unique) tricking style implemented in parkour. Parkour seems to be way bigger than tricking as well so it'll be sick to see you thrive there. Keep it up on insta too btw👌

I'm struggling to find a gym that will accept a 46yr old. Can you please help with any info? I live in the Scottish Borders. I'm an ex Freeride mountain biker, I used to flip of cliffs on bikes but they say I'm not able to do moves at my age. Any ideas mate?

Here in the states gyms have open hours you can just pay a fee to flip or try things for a few hours. Might be something like that over there. Its not a class but it can get you trying things. And usually when they see you struggling or trying hard on something, they'll usually throw a few tips your way.

Yeahh I mean it’s definitely a huge leg up having a decade of tricking under our belt. I’m excited to be pushing my understanding of technique so I can really do some mad shit and also have faith in my ability not to ruin my legs 😂
