You have to try Paint thinner to remove the carbon deposit. This works most of the Times pretty good

Stock headgasket, stock pistons, stock rods is good for 800hp on e85, in sweden there is allot of dristers with m104 700++hp

To remove carbon deposits on pistons I use Simple Green household cleaner. I’m not sure if they sell that in Germany. Here in the US you can buy it everywhere. It has no strong smell to it and works amazing. I just soaked a set of pistons over night that came out of a Mini N12 engine that burned tons of oil. I just used a toothbrush to scrub them and they look like new.

What is the reson your not using the oem pistons IT is already tested the the Will easy hold 200hp per cylinder. I understand You need lower compression but why not use shorter Rods . The are also wide range used. ?

Try oven cleaner for carbon material.
