Here is my step by step Morning Routine in 6 minutes :)

In the morning I like to first walk across a bed of broken glass because it gives me that extra kick I need to get the morning going. I then read at least 10 pages of Mein Kampf because it's so influential and helps me reach my goals of conquering the world. Next, I eat about 23 spoiled eggs because the body needs protein and the nutrition value spikes when they've expired. When I'm finished, I hop in the shower and lather myself in cow blood. It really opens up my pours and it's so rejuvenating! Finally, I end my morning routine by meditating for the entire rest of the day.

I mean, the presentation is the most unrealistic part, not the actual routine. Mine is pretty similar. Gym Shower Skincare Clothes Breakfast Leave I'm certainly not as happy as he is when I'm doing it, but they're things I feel need to be done to maintain looking and feeling presentable. But this is KZfaq, everyone on KZfaq loves to wake up early.

0:33 This is a fantastic book, I own the French version, and I can absolutely recommend it to everyone. :) Also, beautiful camera work, beautiful man who knows how to talk and great video in general. :) I don't believe that this is your morning routine everyday but I also think that this was not your intention. I feel like with a title like "Healthy Lifestyle Tips" it is more like an advertisement for how a good morning routine can be based on your activities.

Put the eye roller in the fridge, it really feels much better and helps waking you up feeling fresh! Waste water use the plug in the sink, The toothbrush should be slowly applied to the teeth.. you don't brush you glide on each quarter of your mouth all three sides and gum lines. Except from that good video just wish I could spend a lot of time getting instead of 30mins from waking to being out of the door. I guess it just being prepared!

I always like watching men morning routine videos. It seems like you got a good system for you. I always find it hard to stick to a routine, especially when my day starts and ends at different times throughout the week. Also side note, your skin looks great already! Using some products with good ingredients will really help your skin. I know there are a lot of serums which can help with spots and redness. Just remember to embrace yourself, and also dont worry about the complexion corrector tins. No one cares if they see it, and if they do they arent worth your time. I hope you don't feel self conscious walking around London. You got this bro!

Only reason i didn't dislike this video was of perfect title, this was your lifestyle and just giving tips so i got no reason to hate. But there's plenty of healthy things you can change to your lifestyle or add into this video.
