For those wondering about the theme of this build its obviously based around trogs. So we have the spear which is a massive weapon fit for only one of royal blood. Since we already see trog queens in game, I chose to become the trog king. Become the leader of those mushroom-headed goons. Now the armor set makes us really resistant to lightning. Trogs are really weak to lightning damage. So we swoop in unable to be harmed by such damage and look like a god to them. Thus becoming the trog king.

I did almost the same thing except I used Green Copal armor enchanted with Spirit of Berg, and Orichalcum boots enchanted with Guidance of wind. The weapon was a Thorny Spear and I took Cabal Hermit instead of Hex mage. Great video I didn't even look at the boss armor when crafting my build. Thanks for all of the fun ideas for builds, they have helped a lot over the years. Keep up the great work!

Hey Sheen! Nice build as always, love what you do for this game. I wanted to talk to you about a build that's a bit of a twist on both your Ghost of Enmerkar and Dominator, to see what you think, or even if you'd be willing to try it out and maybe show it off in another video? It uses the Dreamer Halberd with Moonswipe, Focus, Enrage and Mist of course, picking Sorobor Academy as your faction for the Logistics Expert passive and mostly, the Infuse Mana skill. The breakthroughs would be Cabal Hermit with Sigil of Wind since Wind Infuse wouldn't get any play once we get Infuse Mana, additionally, Sigil of Wind + Mana Push deals lots of impact and some Ethereal damage, which is perfect for this build. Second Breakthrough is Warrior Monk with Master of Motion and Counter-Strike, both because we want Discipline active almost all of the time, and Master of Motion takes advantage of that better than Perfect Strike does in this build in my opinion. Last but not least, is Kazite Spellblade, using Elemental Discharge along with the Infuse Mana to shoot Ethereal projectiles while still keeping the mist boon. For armor we would of course use the Green Copal Armor with Spirit of Berg enchantment, and the Helmet and Boots are pretty flexible, personally, I'd go with either Manawall or Antique Plate with Economy. All of this combined make for lots of impact and insane Ethereal damage with close and long range versatility, a true Spellblade, but one that's actually good in Outward, and takes some inspiration from 2 Halberd builds you've made in the past.

Good LORD Sheen!!! this is a absolutely busted build I don't even know how you went about theory crafting this but it is genius for combat. Every criteria I normally use to build a character was met in this and it basically has all of those criteria as best you can get them. This is ridiculous my guy, very well made!

Hahahaha, my fav build! Didnt see the lives but hope you had fun. Works wonders with a good 1h axe too, and shadow kazite enchanted or bandit set with rascal verve works too.

Nice. I'll probably run lightning variation on this build for my next playthrough - hermit instead of hex and vertlig or another lightning spear and something like silver armor for more lightning

What's the best end-game build that requires NO legacy items?

Great build Sheen! Spears and Halberds are the most op melee weapons imo and pistols are the most fun to play with. I still think that the primal ritualist - hex mage with chakrams and rainbow hex is the strongest build of all, either with cabal hermit or philosopher as third breakthrough and the antique plate set enchanted with economy is just too much. The combo of the totems with chakrams and hexes BREAKS the game. (Sorry if i have a bad english)

Sounds very good, but I am not the biggest fan of counter abilitys. They can be very exhausting when you use them and didnt get the right time. But for all other people that sounds good.

Oh..... Shit. He Meant a "King" of Trogs, but not A trog... Yeah, the List makes sense now. Use Skills Scarcely by the way, that 200 Durability takes effect fast in the middle of a fight, the Solution would be to craft another one or to take a second-choice weapon. 200 is comparable to a Broken weapon's Durability and at 120 the weapon takes its toll.

Hey Sheen. I'm trying to make a frost barbarian build with Kelvin's Greataxe but I'm having trouble deciding on Helmet & Backpack. Crimson Plate Chest & Boots with either Squire Headband or Zagis Mask. Either Zhorm's for stamina management or Dusk for barrier. (I can Legacy Chest the mask & weapon & backpack. Also love your content been binge watching lately.
