With the shogunate rice and fish are the backbone of your food industry. The advanced buildings unlock once you have 4 of basic versions and are in the medieval age. The are without bonuses about as productive as the 4 basic buildings they replace. But take up less space and you are only putting cards in one building instead 4.

1:30 That's the often problem with high difficulty in city builders. High difficulty only makes game slower, not harder. Very few games actually make high difficulty do more than a time waste

Imo builders need timed challenges or other hard constraints to become interesting as a strategy game (or optimization puzzle, if you want to call it that).

I wouldn't say that's often an issue. Most games just have the AI get bigger bonis with each difficulty, forcing you to play better to keep up.

@@Fallenangel_85 I'm specifically talking about city builders. Rarely there are ai's in city builders and even rarer they have any impact on game difficulty.

Eyyy a new Pravus Kingdoms Reborn series! I was really itching for a new one! Especially when I saw they added a new civ into the game. And Pravus, honestly don't get worried about playing on the hardest, most stacked against you difficulty. Whatever the game. Games are meant to be fun, and if you're enjoying yourself, we will enjoy the video in turn! So don't feel compelled to play Deity just because "it's the hardest level" Otherwise, loving hearing your voice again. Keep up the good work my man! And please never become mayor, I shiver to think what life under your tenure would be like :p

Thank you for playing at the second highest difficulty. I always expect you guys play at high difficulties cuz its more fun. Its not the highest but your reason is understandable. After all this is a youtube series, it may be boring.

The main issue with this game which I have played a lot. But it seems like each new culture gets more stuff while the older ones are less interesting. Besides that it also becomes all about trading once you get so far due to the ai not being able to handle large cities.

At 4:45 you click on the tile that you say isn't forest biome when deciding what biome bonus to go with, despire the panel on the right saying that it is forest? Or is the panel wrong and it shouldn't be saying forest?

Honestly the difficulty settings are just silly and not fun. I played through the 500% Deity setting to get the achievement and it was some of the most tedious gameplay I ever had.
