Necessary materials
For dough:
1/2 tea glass of water (45 ml).
1/2 tea glass of vegetable oil (45 ml).
1/2 tea glass of milk (45 ml).
1 egg.
1 teaspoon baking powder (4 grams).
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (10 ml).
2.5 cups of flour (300 grams).
1/2 teaspoon of salt (1 gram).
To roll out the dough:
corn starch.
For the syrup:
2 glasses of water (400 ml).
2 cups of sugar (400 grams).
1 slice of lemon.
To lubricate:
butter (150 grams).
1/2 tea glass of vegetable oil (45 ml).
For the above:
Pistachios.
Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 35 - 40 minutes.
