Instructions:

- Grind the mixture until it forms a smooth paste.
- Transfer the garlic paste into a glass jar.
3. Making Ginger Paste:
- Add the peeled ginger into the grinder.
- Pour in the remaining 1/3 cup of oil.
- Grind the mixture until it forms a smooth paste.
- Transfer the ginger paste into a separate glass jar.
4. Storage:
- Store both jars of paste in the refrigerator.
- These pastes can be stored for up to 3 weeks.
