@@teraumangu4824 b series in my opinion have always been more raw, the vtec crossover is also stronger and sounds more aggressive lol.. Honda engines are something else lol..

@@Mk4heavenHD definitely man but as it goes all good things come to an end engines are becoming hard to find and they all have been vteched the hell out of that’s why people are opting for ks or even putting the old d16 sohcs to the test

@@teraumangu4824 True buddy, these days the old skool stuff is not only rare but very expensive too. I think it’s made people forget how capable the old b and d series are. Obviously the k series is a better more reliable engine when boosting but we gotta appreciate the old skool lol. I won’t be k swapping my ek tho it’s very capable as it is and that b series suits the engine bay lol..

Lol for sure! DMO’s civic helped me decide on a boosted EK. If he didn’t make such great content on one I would have probably boosted my ep3 or got something else.

Hi Mate I don’t think there is a hybrid turbo that puts out that power there used to be a KO4 hybrid that BBT had rated at that power tho. If you want to go down that route reliably I would look at forging the bottom end and having the valve train done too then going tte420 1.8T kit. I was thinking of doing this to my golf after speaking to NIKI at rtech as he highly recommended this setup for a reliable 400bhp. What put me off was the cost of getting the motor done plus all the upgrades like fuelling etc

I dont know what to get for a solid 400hp daily drive car

@@Mk4heavenHD yeah defo a great car, I wanted a sedan/coupe honda civic 5th gen when I was younger. I like them. But for your next car I was kinda expecting something new like new vw golf or you know something newer type of car. But don’t get me wrong, I am happy if you got what you wanted. 👌🏽✌🏽
