Got the 2022 Anniversary R3. So much fun! Best mods were StInger slipon, R6 throttle and Womech two finger shifters. Made it more enjoyable to ride.

I got the 2015 model, and love it. I then bought a 2019 R6, and plan to trade the "old" R3 for a new one-- prob anniversary edition 2022. Why? Well, the R3 is a unique experience. The R6 is not really a street bike. It loves going very very fast, and unless you really know what you're doing (e.g. how to launch at high revs consistently) on the low end-- it's power performance below 50mph or so is very similar t the R3. I never have the time for the track, and I'm not really into jail time for traffic violations. Oh, I love my R6. I think it is the most beautiful bike ever made, and it makes me appreciate the R3 that much more. The R3 also has a gas gauge! My suggestion is to get the R1, R6, R7, and R3.

Lol… man I love how the 2019 R6 looks… I never rode one though.. but yea man I would love the newer r1 but they are $$$$… i do think the R7 would be the best choice… street and track…. But i do love the looks of each one….

@@wuvvbernardo9353 Only if dealers would stop asking 13k€ over here for one, I'd then probably just get the full bike licence and maybe work my way to get an r7. But the way things look now, I'll be keeping my cb500f

Got a white one 2019 too. I love the r3 it’s taught me so much and it’s forgiving. It was my dream bike for 2 years.

If R3 felt heavy to you then this is the Perfect bike for you bro! Don’t buy or ride a super sports bike like R1 my back hurts from all the ridings 🤣

My suggestion for y’all in the comments looking for an r3, go on Facebook market and find one. I found one back in August 2019 for a 2016 R3 with 260 miles on it for $3500. Dealerships are easily double that out the door. Save your money for nice gear and swap the tires immediately.

Good stuff bro. Love the color black on the r3. I couldn't find black when I was shopping, so settled for the classic blue. I'm stuck on stock exhaust, did you install (akro) with a baffle or with out? Felt that a toce dual might sound cool as well! Great content man.

A simple muffler is probably enough tho, unsless you want a super loud bike (which I honestly wouldn't recommend). Akras thend to be the most expensive, and probably least value for smaller bikes. Maybe look into what LeoVince, Mivv, Shark, etc. have. Also I've noticed that a double barrled muffler sounds different than a single, espeically on 2cyl engines

@@davidwilliams5464 yeah then also on the website there is a 400 dollar freight and 200 dollar prep fee. So your at about 6k there and then the dealership charges a whole lot depending on their morals

Mainly cuz I’m a small person, I’m 5’ 7” and only 120lb. The r6/r7 felt way too big & heavy for me. Although I’d like to have the power of a 600 but the ergo is a bit chunky for me to handle.
