All the people writing stuff about 95% rider and so on, while that is absolutely true, this is not a bad bike at all. It might not have received a lot of love, but those bikes were very successful in the day and that bike once was a top dollar machine. I think this mostly goes to show how little change there has been in dirtbikes. If you take that bike a modern 450 and something from the 70s you'd see that we somewhat found the formula in the 90s

That 610 needs restoring supermoto wheels putting back in with some really sticky rubber on them then find a gokart track or go 3 sisters. The 610 was a proper hooligan bike back in the early 2000s when supermoto’s where popular.

My old man use to own a tc610 1994 back in the day and that never ever started first kick 😂. He use to ride in the British thumper series. Long stroke four strokes ,, if you never ever experienced riding a long stroke your missing out. Today’s short strokes high Revving are piss easy to ride in comparison .

You gotta do a full restoration, there isn't many of those right hand drive four strokes around any more, you had no problem with the kick start on the left, I remember seeing guys have to get off the bike and kick using their right leg because they couldn't adapt to it being on the left, there's got to be someone at Husky that can help finding parts for it, and a local enduro race would be the icing on the cake.

I had a YZ250 back in 2000, brand spanking new and while I was on holiday, someone stole it from my parents house in the night. Cut the garage door off. The insurance had ran out a week before and my parents called the police on the night. I'd had it 13 months, and paid 4800 for it (how cheap, eh?) Anyway, where I worked in Oldham, a guy had one of these Husky 610te's (It was new at the time, so not much younger than your bike) and I used to see it every day and pine over it/my YZ/offroad bikes in general. FF 23 years without any bike whatsoever and I am about to get a WR450 and I can't wait. Missed the off road community and riding so much.
