Logan's old bird ( Maverick ) and this new bird depicts his stages of life....Maverick the bird was so colorful and jolly just like Logan was that time...his life was colourful and more fun...this bird is bold and mature and have less colours...just like new Logan...HE IS MATURE NOW BUT THAT OLD LOGAN HAD MORE COLOURS OF LIFE...! Fun fact about the African Grey Parrot: Not only do they have the intellectual capacity to say words, they can actually understand the words and put them together to form new thoughts. One African Grey knew the word orange and the word stick and the first time they say a carrot they called it an orange stick.

“They have the intellect of a 5 year old” Very very true. So don’t keep him locked in a cage 23 hours a day. He needs a lot of attention, space, and enrichment. Greys get bored easily and can become depressed, destructive, etc. They need a good diet of mostly pellets and veggies and their cage needs to be much bigger than the space mentioned in this video. Parrots are so often neglected or surrendered for being so high maintenance. Plleeaaasseee do the research and give him the care he needs/deserves.

Loving reminder to anyone who’s inspired to get a birdy: theres a LOT of birds who are sent to shelters or bounced from home to home after they’re purchased because people don’t realize how much responsibility they are or they change their mind about them. This and high rates of breeding create a lot of sad birdies without care and homes. Sir is beautiful! But before you go get a bird, make sure you do your research and get to adopt not shop ❤️ I’m sure Logan will take good care of his birdy, but it’s really important for people to know. Love to all.

Ya nu Sanders well yeah african grey’s talk. i was saying no one should expect a bird to talk, just because of their species. my grey talks but not a lot. every bird is different some talk more, some talk less, and some don’t talk. i just don’t want anyone to be disappointed if a bird doesn’t talk and that’s why you shouldn’t expect it.
