It really wasn't bad at all. I've cut a ton of fence pickets and it's still working flawlessly. I don't let cutoffs accumulate behind the blade though, just in case. Thanks for watching!!

3:38 Keto snack? 😂 Hey, I haven't watched the whole video yet, but I have built a contraption in my shop that sequesters all the dust, so I never have to clean my shop vac filter. In fact, I run it without any filter to make it suck stronger. If you don't already have what I'm talking about, then I'll share it with you down the road.

Wouldn’t a plastic dust collection piece in this location have the same risk of exploding as the plastic blade guard that was part of the big safety recall?

Great question! I know he had a problem with them exploding. It was when people let small pieces of wood pile up behind the blade. He fixed it by increasing the thickness of the plastic. Thanks for watching!

I took the blade off to do the installation. Now I can’t reinstall the blade. WTH !
