As a dapples player we need those dapples kits. The current ones make me want to cry.

As a Dualie Squelcher player, my dream kit is personally Autobomb Crab tank Autobomb is pretty cheap while also forcing movements, which is always useful for DS to hit shots And Crab tank is very interesting. Not only it makes DS able to stay alive and gives a tool for continuation, but DS mobility makes it so you’re gonna be able to pop crab in off angles, which would be very tough for opponents to deal with

triple splashdown on tetras would be so fun to play, unlike reefslider; and glooga deco fizzy bubble would be nice but i see the inkjet vision also first 💪💪💪

I like the new editing style you've got! The blur on the battle footage is really nice; idk if it's just me but it helps me pay attention to the voiceover more? Maybe because the blur helps me focus and I'm not trying to subconsciously keep a track of opponents while listening to what you're saying lol. Either way, well done!

I super wanted Fizzy/Inkjet for Enperries because Fizzy is just a cracked version of Curling and Inkjet just feels right on the base Splat Dualies. I am starting to be more than needy for the idea of Burst Bomb/Inkjet if third kits happen though. At the same time, Fizzy/Jet Glooga would immediately propel that to a main dualie for me

if next season introduces a new Dualie PLEASE have Kraken or Inkjet

And with next season being splatoon 2 themed I have a feeling they’re gonna give us a lot of kits on splatoon 2 weapons I’m ready for the yellow gloogas

As someone who favors VDualies the most out of all, I love burst bomb and inkjet with it. Also, I think Dapples should get trizooka instead of kraken. A good picking tool that really makes up with Dapple’s short range, plus you can quickly fill your charge gauge again if you decide to waste three shots for nothing (lol) and then paint, rinse and repeat.

Fizzy and inkjet has been my ideal glooga kit for months now, it does both covers it's weaknesses, and enhances the strengths of gloogas, and of course we need a dualie with inkjet, and I think glooga is the perfect fit for it, Hail Glooga

Crab does have aggressive use, if you get a breather but but don’t have long and need an extension, the ball form can help with movement and the combo can help keep the crab alive.

To fill in the gap of a Dualie Squelcher dream kit from someone who actually plays the weapon: Autobomb + Inkjet (Why yes, Sorrella Brella is another of my mains, how could you tell?) Inkjet is basically the perfect special for it, for the same reasons as on Splat Dualies. Its a fast, mobile and evasive weapon that has decent range but a slow kill time; opposite of Vdualies having lower range but very fast killtime and a bit less mobility, but equaling out to Inkjet filling in the gaps and allowing for clean, frontline activation just as easily, if not moreso for DS which almost always fights at a good range to pop the special anyways. As for Autobomb, I contemplated Torpedo, but I think that Autobomb is a bit better because of its low ink cost, basically the same reason why its as good on SBrella. Its very easy to throw your sub and then be stuck dry out in the open as DS if you get caught off guard or rushed down, so a cheaper sub that allows it to fight with it and corner people with its mobility and the sub weapon would be very useful. I think Splat Bomb is still better, but that's already on another kit, and this is something I'd like to see added to this game (Not that we're gonna get many, if any, third kits in S3...)

As a main of the Squelchers myself, a kit I'd personally go for is basically whatever you said; but I'd replace Splat Bomb with Burst Bomb.

As a squelchers main I personally think instead torpedo or burst bomb with ink storm would be literally perfect since it'd make up so much for it's slow kill time Literally crossing my fingers if nintendo decides to be nice and bless us with a third kit it's something like this 😭

I really want Dualie Squelchers to have Point Sensor and Zipcaster. It has so much potential with Zip due to its jump tech, good range, and flexibility. It also would be a load of fun.

I think there's a nonzero chance they are saving inkjet for the new dualie next season. having a longer range dualie with a more supportive role and a special like inkjet would be fairly likely

i love these ideas for dualie kits. personally my favourite would be tetra with burst (because it really is that broken) and either kraken, tri zooka or ink storm (only because of the fact that it can be used as a way of getting a mid- battle advantage)

As someone who somewhat recently got 5 stars on the Dapples Nouveau, I have been dreaming of a kit with Kraken.

I dont exactly want kraken on dapples since they already gave it the reefslider for its close range aggro kit(thos i wish they could replace the reefslider with it), i think that dapples should get fizzy/zooka as this could be like a hyper mobile mix between tri slosher novue and carbon deco, using a fizzy for both poke and to move in, and having a zooka to make up for the low range. I do think both the ideas for the glooga kits would be good and id definately want fizzy back on it, but bubbler would maybe feel too much like the first kit just reversing the sub and special, and the inkjet would be fine, but personally id want it to get either crabtank to really push its mix of aggression and defensiveness, plus it can shield from attack, or possibly screen as something to push behind and throwing fizzies through it to split the enemies up

I have a few dream kits Platinum Dynamo Roller: Splash Wall, Crab Tank These tools should help Dynamo overcome its weakness against long ranged weapons. A crab behind a splash wall is also a kind of scary idea. Overheat Explosher: Torpedo, Trizooka We've never seen a full-on aggressive Explosher kit like this. Trizooka should help with its poor matchups against Inkjet and Zipcaster. Poseidon Hydra Splatling: Squid Beakon, Tacticooler I like me the heavy weapons. A full-on supportive set can help cement Hydra's role as an anchor. It has self-synergy with Cooler by benefitting greatly from the run speed boost. New Squiffer: Autobomb, Zipcaster I don't play this weapon. I don't even like this weapon. I just want to see montages of other maniacal lunatics pulling off the sickest Zipcaster trick shots possible.

I swear tetras (if they got another kit) would get something like Burst Bomb with a goofy special like Screen or Big Bubbler or a weapon kit with a crappy sub like angle shooter or point sensor while having something like Inkjet or Splashdown

I would love to see a 4th splatoon title where they remove or overhaul their old weapons to build on what they have.

I think dapples would be amazing with fizzy bomb as it can make a trail to push in or apply extra pressure while your fighting and it combos with the main weapon

3:03 I have to completely disagree with burst bomb. Burst bomb is designed to work with weapons that have an endlag or would like a faster killtime, things that dapple doesn't have/need. What we need is long range killing, zoning or engaging potential, things that a splat bomb or a fizzy bomb would be much better at. I would honestly pick toxic mist 10x over burst, I just see no utility in the chip damage. As for the ulti, I would love kraken for continuation / buying time or zipcaster for engaging potential and I would be very happy for a triple splashdown because of the tech / trading potential. I just don't see crab ever working based on the positions this weapon wants to be in, it would always be either one-shot combo or waste your special rolling back to a safe position.

i really hope we get 3rd kits, atleast for some of the base game weapons (as in what we had in the demo, none of the new weapons that have come w updates.) but id honestly play more dualies if it any of them had kraken, i love that special and it would just work so well with most of them. cool video as usual and congrats on 30k aswell‼️‼️

Personally I think that wave breaker fizzy would be my dream kit on tetras, fizzy for movement and poking, and wave for the ink refill and so you can hold people in their base better.

As much as I want tetras to have triple splashdown, I’m more curious of its chemistry with the killer wail 5.1 considering its role as a skirmisher whose job is to distract + apply pressure on the opponent team(like inkbrush) Tetra dualies with burst bomb and 5.1 can do something like burst bomb -> Wail -> burst bomb -> dodge sequence which I believe would be very annoying

I was thinking yesterday dapples use zipcaster would be good to get behind the enemy, ink jet would not fit dapples nor would splashdown or bubbler but kraken would be a panic button that would be useful

I def agree with Splashdown for Tetras but I'd rather give it Fizzy than Splat or Burst Bombs, it does most of what Curling Bomb does for Enperries but better at opening up fights.

How about autobomb and inkstorm for dualie squelchers!! autobomb is a cheaper lethal bomb option, and meshed with inkstorm, both would force opponents to move, allowing duualie squelchers to pick them off at theri effective range

As a Dapple player who absolutely hates playing with crab tank, I wouldn't be opposed to something like trizooka instead. It fulfills much of the same role as crab tank would for Dapples, that being to get rid of backlines, but I personally just like the special more. I won't argue that crab would probably be better though, I just dislike using the special. And while I would love burst, I just know that Nintendo would never give Dapples a good sub weapon. It just won't happen, similar to tetras.

what abt dapples with super chumps? I know it sounds dumb but that would be a lot helpful to output a lot of paint and mini shields for urself and also very quick to use + u can still use super chump to cover ur super jump when jumping to your teammate in front, I believe the super chumps have way more synergy with dapples but that's just a personal opinion.

I honestly think one of the Dualies should get the Chumps. I just think it would work for good cover for the Dualies as they roll through an area.

As of now what I think about Tetras, they're super vulnerable and I think Nintendo needs to give them better kits. However I do commonly use Light Tetras. The weapon may have a bad sub, but it does have a good special, though both the Tetras still need work on both the subs and specials for them, I think it really is possible to make them better.

Crossing my fingers that we get that 3rd kits I am hoping praying that we get 3rd kids. 🙏

If we had custom kits in game it might bring some sense of urgency to the devs to buff the lame, kit nerfing subs 'n' specials. But the devs' sleep demons seem to collectively be the tetras and/or dapples, so while I'm at it I'll also wish for cool magic powers and to find a unicorn irl pls : ^)

Well my favorite main weapon in the game is Dynamo roller. I do really like the vanilla kit because I love the support buffs it provides and temporarily allows me to make risky plays with little risk to worry about, however I hate sprinkler is the sub.. I would rather suffer with ink mine over sprinkler because at least ink mines can mark enemies😤 As for the gold Dynamo I was ALMOST super happy it got splat bomb sub but... the super chump special is so terrible😫 so... for my dream Dynamo kit I want splat bomb sub and booyah bomb special!! I would even take ink strike or killer whale jus like the splat 1 Dynamo kits had... cmon Nintendo I'm I'm begging ya😢
