Glad that you are liking your DeMillier Vancouver bag. I ordered one and had to send it back due to the bag having flaws. In order to return the bag I had to send pictures of the flaws before the company would send me the return label - so just want everyone to be sure to check your bag carefully upon receipt. Also, just out of curiosity, do you purchase the bags or are they sent to you by the company?
