I don't have any work experience in any mental institution, but I've heard from other collegues that it's interesting and at the same time quite difficult... BUT there are a lot of factors that could affect your experience in such institutions, your patients, workmates, boss, workload and even patients' relatives... I hope you'll enjoy and love your work though!
