There is so much I love about this house, I can’t find one thing I don’t besides a lower terrace level and full outdoor kitchen. Climate controlled wine cellar.

Now this home I like, but again not a separate dining room person. I would convert that dining area to a front office and as you stated, the breakfast area is big enough for a dining table and then convert that room off the breakfast room with an entertainment area putting a bar, pool table would stay etc.

OK Marcus!!! This showing was very very good!!!! The only criticism I have is the damn barn door in the primary suite. What's up with these barn doors? People aren't animals and this house is far from a barn. A nice pocket door or regular door would be more practical and less jarring.

Yes, I definitely would take your advice on this home and some of the others ones you’ve mentioned to replace with pocket doors! 👌🏼 That would be perfect for that sleek modern look

I agree I don't like barn doors in my house either and those real old wood banister rails to. Other than beautiful home.

Very nice home and floor plan. One pet peeve of mine is why are the toilet seats always up on so many of these home tours? I mean are there are bunch of guys going in and out of these homes all day? If you are a guy, no one ever taught them to put the toilet seat back down when they leave the bathroom??

This one is 4,649 sq. ft., close to Houston Texas about 30 minutes away from Downtown. Price is approximately $1,300,000 with all of the upgrades and features excluding furniture of course.
