@@sable7114 On the mend today - no temperature and all symptoms much better! I'm sure I got just a mild case of the seasonal flu. I'm sure the flu shot I had kept it from being worse - grateful it's not coronavirus! Thank you for prayers!❤️

I have tried Probase Sports Nutrition Collagen Peptides Powder three months ago and it has changed my life. My nails, hair, and skin are healthier and stronger. My nails don't break anymore as they used to and my skin is close to perfect. This brand is less expensive than 99% of other products I have tried and the quality is superior. Dissolves into pretty much everything and it doesn't leave any nasty aftertaste or residue.

Does this help with joint pain? I recently tried marine & grass fed collagen peptides for over a month with no relief . I though I felt a little relief during the first week , but , after that , nothing .

Hi Linda. The reason I continue to take it is because it has helped my joints. However, although there is good research supporting pain relief, it doesn't mean that collagen will work for everyone in the same way. It depends on the cause of your pain, your individual metabolism and how much of the supplement you are taking. You may need other complementary support (physical therapy has been helpful for me) so that you're taking a more holistic approach to getting pain relief. I recommend you share your concerns w/ your physician.

@@FreeRangeDiva I will but you know if I decide to use the coupon and it doesn't work and I will try and stay safe though someone died of the virus that we actually know yesterday. This person was immuno compromised, however , so don't know why he did not self isolate and he traveled a few cities over to visit relatives so has probably spread it though I pray not. On a lighter note again, since I am self isolating myself now , some extra protein powder would be nice make certain that I'm eating somewhat healthy.

Oh, and proves that help? Does that mean I can use collagen in place of a probiotic? Would certainly be cheaper than those probiotic pills.

Actually, they both work to improve gut function but in different ways. Probiotics seed the gut microbiome w/ healthy bacteria. It's believed that collagen strengthens the gut wall preventing something called leaky gut syndrome.
