10 years ago Pluto was transiting on my ascendant, it was when i spontaneously (without any suggestion from external world) discovered all the darkness in this world and also some painful reality around me. Consider that i was coming from years of Pluto in my 12th... and then now it is in my 1st.. it's hard. A killing transit. We survive, but never as healthy as before. We pay the knowledge with all we have. It's ok, one thing is remarkable though, we don't fear death anymore. Death become a sweet thought. We understand that in the other side is much better than here. Death is a liberation, it's so clear now

I had this same aspect from 2017-2021. With moon in my 7th house I experienced dramatic changes within my personal relationships, especially with my mother since Pluto is transiting the 4th. Also my home was destroyed by a hurricane and my life was never the same since. Along the years I’ve lost friends, family, and the relationship with my parents to painful betrayals or death. I thought I wouldn’t make it out alive because Saturn also squared my moon during this time, however I overcame and became a new version of myself I’ve never seen. Trauma definitely comes with this aspect. If anyone is going through it or is going to go through it within time remember to be STRONG. I have lived the nightmare of T Pluto square N Moon (and still am living it): Abduction of my child plus death of my mother. My precious little daughter was stolen from me, abducted and trafficked by family court into the custody of her violent, psychopathic, well-connected, extraordinarily manipulative pedophile father. Testimony by her paediatrician confirming his sexual assault of her was ignored. I was criminalized and imprisoned for 2 years for having attempted to peacefully protect her from him. During that time, my mother died of cancer. I lost everything - my reputation, my job and professional status, my financial security, my church community, and more. And my little girl lost me, her loving, safe, sane, protective mother - all because she disclosed sexual abuse by her father. That's Pluto square Moon.

I felt this very deeply. Pluto has been opposing my sun for a couple of years now and along with that, I was experiencing my first Saturn return.... Last year in October as it got really close (2 degrees), I quite literally felt like I was going to die. It was awful if not agonizing. I felt it's shadow all around me and in every aspect of my life. There were big changes along with that feeling. I was desperate to find relief and understanding. I spent a lot of time outside meditating and I turned back to my spirituality which I'd given up on for years. I turned inward and took my first step into shadow work. I went through Pluto square my natal moon a few years ago. It was during the Uranus / Pluto square of 2014 so my Moon in Libra was being hit by a t-square. It was extremely painful and it transformed my whole emotional world. A lot had to do with my mother and seeing the truth, which was not pretty. I was in a lot of therapy at the time to help me get through it, which was valuable. Looking back I am a much more individuated person now and have grown up emotionally. I am about to go through a Pluto opposition to my natal sun.

My Pluto square Pluto was the last of 8 back to back Pluto transits and it was the hardest. So painful. I had to confront every foundational belief I’ve ever had. I lived in apathy for a good two years. I’m just now feeling like I’m walking away from the destruction. And I have no idea where I’m headed still.

Sometimes I feel like knowing a hard transit (like Pluto to a personal planet) is coming can be more detrimental because you can start overthinking, rather than going with the flow and letting go. I found this as Pluto's been squaring my ASC in Libra, as the more I tried to prepare, the more I had difficult circumstances come up. Only recently have I realizedthat letting go was the only way fwd. Easier said than done, I know, esp when you never know what someone else is going through. Funny thing is I went through a much tougher transit a decade ago, but I didn't know anything about astrology then and I feel like I accepted things more readily.

I had Pluto on my moon and Uranus Square my moon back in 2013 when my parents got divorced as a child...looking back it was worth it but at the time it felt like I became an adult as a child and it didn't go away for a long time. Pluto is squaring my moon and opposing my sun right now. It had just gone over my ascendant about a year ago. I'm hanging on by a thread. I've been experiencing overwhelming, chronic fatigue and all the joy has leeched from life. Just because I can't feel it doesn't keep me from counting my blessings. Through Pluto I was able to move back home a different, more independent person. I got my drivers license at 33 and a full time, extremely demanding job. I also had an ex who had OCD and was very controlling and unemotional. It feels like sh*t. I feel like a heavy boulder being dragged through my day. I find no joy right now except through my daily spiritual practices, and exploring my feelings through therapy. But it's not a depression or a sadness. It's like a deep discomfort within me. I find myself to be extremely, persistently negative and grumpy as well and this scowl has become one of my mannerisms. I feel peoples discomfort towards me as I struggle to control pluto's intensity as it shines out of my eyes. My social anxiety is through the roof and I can't seem to hide or mask it anymore. This is next level and I hope I make it through this in one piece. I just keep my head down. I just go to work. I do my best. Life is demanding so much of me right now and my battery is empty most days but I've become so used to it now. Pluto energy is difficult. It's not a personal planet and it will not feel like a Venus return or a walk in the park. That's for sure. I know that Jupiter's optimism or Mercury's bright ideas will find me someday soon but right now Pluto has me in his grip and I must submit.

First six months of last year were emotionally the worst time of my life. I had Pluto squaring my Sun in 2021 and right when Pluto was hitting my Sun for the first time one of my beloved cats died in a very unexpected, abrupt and tragic way. I was suffering the whole year of 2021, not so much because he died, but because of they way he died. I just couldn't get rid of the pictures in my mind, I always saw him suffering in his last hours in front of my inner eye and I heard his whimper echoed in my mind again and again. Pluto can be so merciless in his effort to teach us a certain lesson. But one thing is for sure: everything comes to an end, even the worst pain 🙏

My whole life has been one long Pluto transit. I'm so used to it by now. Natal Pluto 9th house. Went over my Moon and MC in 10th. Then my Mercury, Sun and North Node in 11th. Now finishing up in my 12th, square my natal Mars. Next up, crossing my Ascendant and Venus Conjunct in Aqua. Jupiter, too, if you count it as a personal planet. It's always doing something somewhere. That's it's job. Just go with it. It knows what it's doing.

Pluto transit my sun conjunct was one of the worst time of my life. I thought I was going to literally die and as I was so sick from an unknown illness which turned out to be poisoning from a flat mate. It took me ages to fully recover and I thought my life was over. A few years ago Pluto came to square my moon and it took broke my relationship apart and all that I had build with this person. Still here but changed for ever through this painful experiences. Feeling so hopeless, I find it helps to just let go and not struggle.

I have an extremely tight ( with 0.00 to 0.02 orb) natal square from Pluto to my 8th house cancer moon. 😀 A few years ago, when pluto was making an opposition to my moon, I had marital/relationship problems.After breaking up and reconciling several times, fast forward today I think the issues are mostly resolved. But, since I am a very sensitive/ emotionally reactive person, all those turbulances created a lot of pain and internal suffering at the time. But in the end, it was like a vaccine for my emotions and now I feel more immune to future painful experiences. 😀

I am going through 3 hard Pluto transits right now . Pluto squaring my Sun, Venus & Mercury. Where do I begin 😔 honestly it has been one of the hardest years of my life so far. I ended a relationship of 2 years, totaled my brand new car. Was let go of a job where I was making really good money, had to pay back a lot of money in taxes. Also stopped being friends with someone I thought I would always be friends with. Lastly I am moving from the West Coast back to the East Coast come November after 3 years. So Pluto transits are life changing to say the least and extremely emotional. I have days where I am completely fine and others where I am sad and crying uncontrollably and just not sure how to handle my deep thoughts and emotions. Luckily I am a Scorpio moon and knowledgeable on Astrology so I am navigating the best way I know how. I just feel bad for people who don’t understand it because Pluto takes away a lot. If I can give you a tip. Self care. I lost a lot of weight, I barely can eat or sleep and usually feel so raw and on survival mode for months on end. So consciously take time to eat, sleep and have a self care routine. Include it as a task “Saturn” so you don’t fall apart. Having Saturn influence during this time is such a blessing. Never thought I’d say that, but I don’t think I could’ve kept it together without it. Stay blessed ❤and remember do the work, open the pandora box, resisting, running, will only make it worse . I am still recovering and I think I am broken entirely...my old self is dead for sure...I had pluto conjunct my mercury and sun from 2012- 2020 AND squaring my natal moon and pluto on my IC the entire time! 4 transits of pluto! Saturn joined the party in 2019-2021 as well so go figure.....not just one transit! I want to write a book about it one day. I have enough materials for a few chapters.

Pluto is currently squaring not only my moon, but also my venus and my jupiter, and opposing my vesta (I have these planets all in aspect). I'd never had my life so shaken to its core. It is almost incomprehensible how much I've lost and how much deep trauma I've had to experience and process, and my life seems to have been turned over to an endless amount of inner work that only I and some very intimate friends are allowed to see. On the outside, it is only the loss that is visible. These hard pluto transits are absolutely merciless, and I'm extending my love, my hope, and my solidarity to anyone going through this.

Pluto running through my ascendant in Cap these past few years has been amazing and dark and terrifying. I've changed my sex, become a nurse, lost some of the most important people in my life, betrayal, intimacy and loosing it. The idea that Pluto and other outter planets (which are also predominantly malefic) will always be transiting somewhere in my chart, forcing me to always see and grow and change and understand, it's both really scary and so appreciated...

I'm just getting past Pluto transiting my moon at 24 Cap and it has been a dark night of the soul (happening in my 12th) and also really ripped apart my family connections (I believe for the purpose of healing ancestral patterns). It's been rough, but I feel better coming out the other side of it. During this long transit, a trigger for me was a Yod forming from Saturn in Capricorn (~2019) to my natal Sun/Saturn quincuncx. I can agree 100% on this aspect. I think i actually had a reading with you during it. With an 11th house moon, I was shown the toxicity of the friends I was keeping and my own toxicity in proximity (natal Venus/Pluto and Mars/Neptune oppositions). I was shown how I was allowing myself to be taken advantage of by ingratiating myself to others (sun/Saturn quincunx). In order to heal, I threw myself into my studies to finally make a conscious effort to pursue my dreams (11th house). I was later able to see how interacting with these groups was keeping me from my goals and what I wanted in life. I left two closeknit groups of people and voluntarily became outcast in order to pursue my dreams. I was the subject of rumors and gossip in my town at the time. I had to push on, regardless. The psychological stress of these aspects are the crucible of change and inner strength. You were the one to teach me that 🙇‍♂️ I will always wish you happiness and strength, Jewel. Since 2019 I've had pluto conjuct moon. Very hard but now, even sometimes the attachments want to send me to the past again, there is an inner core full of power that gives me strength and peace.

I’ve been incredibly isolated especially during my Saturn return, but also for periods throughout my twenties, struggling a lot with my mental health (recently discovered Pluto has been transiting my 12th house my entire adult life from 18 years old). My spirituality and philosophical beliefs have been a primary focus and shifted so much especially the last few years. I’ve gone through phases with astrology, then rejected it while exploring religion, then returned to more eastern philosophy, now I’m in a more neutral space. There have been significant improvements in my life since the end of my Saturn return, but it doesn’t quite feel like this chapter is over yet. I wonder if it may be when Pluto moves into Aqua or at least off my Saturn (it’s still conjunct within 3 degrees !!)

hang in there! I’m having the same transit right now and the last four months have been the worst of my life. Two painful deaths of the closest beings in my life and family. Everything has changed in a dramatic way. Too painful. I’m scared of Pluto now 😑 and my moon is in conjunction with my Sun so I’m like SOS for the following years. I just feel humbled and I know that just with patience and acceptance while this destructive energy ends. All I can do is learn from this difficult time.

Jewel, my only reading with you was when Pluto transited my Aries stellium. I made it out the other side (as a permaculture gardener!) and do feel stronger for it of course, but man oh man-that vibe of fear and endings felt pretty toxic, and I sure did t feel “resilient” at the time because it took so dang long. Hi Jewel, there used to be a video on your channel on how to deal with hard Pluto transits, I can’t find it anymore but I must say I watched it more than a few times at the beginning of a succession of Pluto transits and it helped me immensely. I just wanted to say thank you because Pluto transits aren’t talked about enough, and it’s even harder when there are natal hard aspects also.

thank you for sharing this. i’ve been feeling especially lonely and scattered this year with pluto currently conjunct my natal moon for the next few years. heavy is an understatement. it won’t even let up after its done with the moon, pluto will be conjunct my natal saturn as the next transit. i have moon conjunct saturn natally in the 8h. pluto will be in that house for a decade. opposing my jupiter in the 2h once the saturn conjunction is exact. neptune is also squaring my venus in the 12h.. thats a whole other essay. lol. holding space and love for all us. do NOT give into fear. we will prevail.

Back in the middle of the transit (Pluto squaring natal moon) was one of my highest but then followed by one of the lowest points in my life. I dragged the feeling of the difficult for years to come. I never realized I was going through this transit, thanks so much for sharing with us your experience and thanks for the insight. Patience and compassion are very helpful going through this.

I know how it was when pluto came in my 7 th. house, a lot of drama, gelleousy, manipulations, i was almost crazy... Then divorce. After divorce i start datjng guy from past . Love of my young years.... Pluto square my venus this time... It was deep, intensive, painful, drama, agression.... When pluto enter the cusp of my 8 th house, same time saturn transit from 7 th house square venus, same time chiron square my ascendent... North node transit 1 house, south node transit 7 th house... My partner died.... It was very dramatuc relationship, but i suffered so much... It was really hard time for me... I dont know how i survived...
